The Clinical Research Of The Four Dimensional Traction With Shentong Zhuyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Blood Stasis Type Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:By observing the clinical curative effect of the Four dimensional traction with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction and only Shentong Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of Blood Stasis type lumbar disc herniation,to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and safety objectivelyand to investigate the safe treatment of lumbar disc herniation with preferent ial prices.Methods:Code70 patients with Blood stasis type lumbar disc herniationaccording to the order of patient registration.Divide them into study group(35 cases)and regulartreatment group(35 cases)by simple randomization.The study group adopts the four dimensionaltraction withShentong Zhuyu Decoction.The regular treatment group adopts only Shentong Zhuyu Decoction.Check and compare both groups’ JO A、ODI、VAS grade before and after treatment.Evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of the Four dimensional traction with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment ofBlood stasis type lumbar disc herniation.Results:1,The clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared:the total effectiv e rate is 94.28%in the study group and 71.42%in the regular treatment group.There w as a significant difference between two groups.(P=0.011).2,JOA grades were compare d between the two groups.There was no significant difference between two groups befo re treatment(P>0.05).Both were significantly increased after treatment,The differenc es were statistically significant compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The JOA g rade was higher in study group after treatment.There was a significant difference betwe en two groups(P<0.05).3,VASandODIgrades were compared between the two grou ps.There was no significant difference between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Both were significantly decreased after treatment,The differences were statistically si gnificant compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The VAS grade was lower in stu dy group after treatment.In the experimental group,the ODI score of the patients wa s significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,they all decreased significantly,and there were significant differences compared with those bef ore treatment(P<0.05).4,After treatment,the whole blood specific viscosity(high,medium and low shear),hematocrit and ESR of the two groups were significantly dec reased(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the whole blood specific viscosity(high,medium and lo w shear),hematocrit and ESR of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in treatment safety(P>0.05).Conclusion:1,By VAS、JOA、ODIgrade before and after treatment in both groups,we found that both treatments could improve patients’ subjective feelings,objective signs,daily life and other symptoms in two groups.But the Four dimensional tractionwithShentong Zhuyu Decoction is more significant.2,The four dimensional traction with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction could significantly improve the apparent blood viscosity(high,medium and low shear)and reduce ESR after treatment.3,The four dimensional traction with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction is a simple,safe,an d effective treatment for Blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation,and without toxic a nd side effect.
