Clinical Analysis Of Maxillary Rapid Expansion Using Implant Assisted Nail

Objective:This study analyzes the clinical effect and stability of implanted nail-assisted maxillary rapid expansion,and compares it with the clinical effect and stability of the traditional spiral expander for rapid expansion,providing reference for the design of the clinician's treatment plan.Methods: In the experimental group,11 patients were enrolled with a nail-assisted expander,including 6 males and 5 females with an average age of 18.6 years.The CBCT was used to measure the anterior expansion,the expansion of the arch,and the expansion of the arch for 6 months.The dental index and the bone index were 20,and the intra-group control was performed.Paired sample t-tests were performed on the data using SPSS 19.0 software.In the control group,14 patients were enrolled in the traditional spiral expander,including 6 males and 8 females with an average age of 16.7years.A total of 17 tooth and bone indexes of the experimental group and the control group were measured by the model and the lateral position of the skull.The indexes of the experimental group and the control group were analyzed before expansion,after expansion,and for 6 months.Changes were made between groups.The changes of the width of the arch before the expansion,after the expansion,and during the expansion of the arch were analyzed,and the tilting movement of the teeth and alveolar processes and the long-term stability of the expansion effect were analyzed.Independent sample t-tests were performed on the data using SPSS 19.0 software.Result:The results of the internal fixation of the iminis crew implantassisted adultmaxillary rapid expansion showed that the distance between the first premolar of the maxillary and the first premolar,the distance between the first premolar,the distance between the teeth of the maxillary first molar,and the first molar arch before and after the expansion.The distance between the teeth and the inclination of the maxillary first molars were statistically significant.There was no significant difference in the difference between the distance between the anterior and posterior sutures and the height of the alveolar bone on the left and right buccal sides of the maxillary first molar(P<0.05).The difference between the length of the anterior and posterior iliac crest after the expansion,the change of the alveolar bone height of the left and right buccal sides of the first molar,the distance between the teeth of the first premolar of the maxillary,the distance between the arches of the first premolar,and the upper jaw.There was no significant difference in the distance between the teeth of the first molar and the distance between the first molars(P>0.05).The change of the inclination of the maxillary first molar was statistically significant(P<0.05).The inter-group control of MSE and RPE widening the width of the maxillary arch showed that the width of the alveolar bone of the maxillary first molar before and after the expansion of the arch,the angle of the first molar between the maxillary and the first molar,and the width of the middle of the first molar.All of them were statistically significant,indicating that the MSE group had better expansion effect than the RPE group.Six months after the end of the expansion,the inter-group control of the two measurements showed a difference in the width between the central fossa of the maxillary first premolar,the width of the central fossa of the maxillary first molar,and the width of the middle of the maxillary first molar.Statistically significant,the effect of MSE in the maintenance phase is more stable than RPE.Conclusion:Miniscrew implan help the adult maxillary rapid expansion of the bow more obvious,faster,can produce significant effects inshort-ter,can widen effectively make the maxillary sacral lateral expansion,and the main sulcus widening,the left and right sides of the iliac Widening in almost parallel direction,there is a clear differencefrom the "V" shape expansion of the traditional spiral expander.Although the crown of the molar has a slight cheek tilt,the tilt is small and does not cause adverse reactions.After planting screw spiral expander expands the bow,the effect of the arch expansion is basically no recurrence within six months,and the traditional spiral expander has obvious recurrence within six months.minis crew implan assisted maxillary rapid expansion of the arch is mainly based on the bony effect,supplemented by the dental effect.
