Objective:Professor Wang Tan has formed a unique theory of treating asthma from "fire" through many years of clinical practice.Based on Professor Wang Tan’s clinical practice in treating asthma for many years,this paper collects and collates all asthma cases diagnosed and treated by Professor Wang Tan in recent years,screens them strictly according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,establishes case files according to the clinical data of standard cases,and studies Professor Wang Tan’s treatment of asthma from "fire" by means of case symptoms and Drug Statistics and analysis.Etiology and pathogenesis,combined with Professor Wang Tan’s clinical experience to analyze,summarize and summarize the statistical results,research and explore Professor Wang Tan’s academic thought of treating asthma,and inherit Professor Wang Tan’s clinical experience and academic thought of treating asthma,so as to improve the clinical experience of treating asthma with traditional Chinese medicine,and also provide new ideas for treating asthma with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Through collecting and sorting out the first cases of asthma patients treated by Professor Wang Tan,Department of Pulmonary Disease,Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,from June 2015 to December 2017,consulting the relevant literature,classifying and analyzing the characteristics of case management,methods,prescriptions and medicines.Case sorting,data recording,data entry into Excel form,the establishment of a database.SPSS19.0 software was used to analyze the data,and Professor Wang Tan’s medication experience was summarized and inherited.Results: Through statistical analysis of the case data collected from 300 patients,it was found that Professor Wang Tan’s treatment of bronchial asthma in the attack stage of the most common syndrome types are five: liver meridian wind-heat syndrome,gallbladder-stomach stagnation-heat syndrome,spleen meridian fu-fire syndrome,kidney deficiency-fire syndrome,heart meridian-fire-heat syndrome.Among 300 cases,88 Chinese medicines were involved.The total frequency of medication reached 4722 times.Therewere 15.74 Chinese medicines in each prescription on average.There were 31 Chinese medicines used more than 50 times.The frequency of occurrence of these 31 Chinese medicines was 4378 times,and the frequency was 92.7%.Among 31 traditional Chinese medicines with frequencies greater than 50 times,the use rate of antipyretic drugs was the highest,815 times,accounting for 17.2% of the total drug use.There were 6 kinds of antipyretic drugs.By using SPSS clustering analysis,five clustering square groups are finally obtained.Conclusion:1.In the name of asthma,Professor Wang Tan treats bronchial asthma from "fire".Clinically,he treats five common syndromes from "fire".External cold pathogen is the external inducement.Internal cause and dysfunction of phlegm and drink,spleen,liver,gall bladder and heart are the key organs of asthma.It is based on deficiency of spleen and deficiency of cold in lung.2.Treating asthma with both the root causes and the root causes.Although Professor Wang Tan treats asthma with "fire",it is not the first method to eliminate fire evil by bitter cold and twisted branches.Professor Wang Tan believes that the basis of asthma is deficiency of temper,deficiency and cold in lungs,deficiency and markedness of origin.He should not only eliminate the interference of fire evil on lungs,but also protect the body’s Yang qi.Therefore,as long as the treatment is to disperse fire evil or nourish yin and latent yang.Then,with heat clearing and fire purging,cough relieving and asthma relieving.Eleven kinds of medicines are used to disperse fire pathogens,nourish Yin and Qi,relieve cough and asthma,nourish qi,calm the mind,relieve water and dampness,calm liver and quench wind,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,dispel food,relieve cough,relieve asthma and regulate qi.These eleven kinds of medicines are the main medicines of Professor Wang Tan in treating bronchial asthma.3.On the basis of deficiency and cold,fire is the key.According to the analysis of clustering prescriptions,Professor Wang Tan believes that the key pathogenesis of this disease is "fire" and the pathogenesis is deficiency of spleen-qi.The clinical treatment is todisperse stagnant fire and nourish yin and latent yang.In view of other pathological symptoms,Professor Wang Tan can add or subtract flexibly and use drugs differently.4.Rise and fall together,adjust in and out,smooth the air flow,there are rise and fall,fall but not cold,but rise and fall.Professor Wang Tan’s prescription for treating bronchial asthma pays attention to the ascending and descending of qi.
