Investigation And Analysis Of Related Knowledge And Training Needs Of ICU Nurses On Medical Device-Related Pressure Ulcer

Objectives:Based on the investigation and analysis of related knowledge and training needs of ICU nurses with medical device-related pressure ulcer,this paper discusses the factors affecting the knowledge and training needs of ICU nurses,so as to provide reference for nursing managers to make relevant training plans and improve the cognitive level of nurses with medical device-related pressure ulcer.Methods:1.Consult the relevant literatures at home and abroad,refer to the latest edition of the pressure ulcer guide of the American Pressure Ulcer Advisory Committee,and prepare a preliminary questionnaire based on the full interpretation of the guidelines,combined with clinical practice,and conduct expert consultation according to the content and purpose of the questionnaire.Revise the opinions,combine the clinical practice,and modify the group discussion to form a test draft of the “ICU nurses medical device-related pressure ulcer knowledge and training needs questionnaire”.2.The questionnaire test paper was used for the preliminary survey,and the reliability and validity analysis was conducted based on the preliminary survey results.The questionnaire was modified according to the feedback of the preliminary survey until the final questionnaire was determined.3.Convenient sampling method was adopted to select qualified comprehensive ICU nurses for questionnaire survey.The survey results were entered into data entry using Excel 2013,and statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 22.0.Results:1.The Cronbach's ? coefficient and split-half reliability of the questionnaire are0.918 and 0.966 respectively.The Cronbach's ? coefficient and split-half reliability of the relevant knowledge are 0.822 and 0.863 respectively.The Cronbach's ? coefficient and the split-half reliability of the training demand are 0.977.,0.982,S-CVI is 0.91,and I-CVI is between 0.80 and 1.00.2.There were significant differences in knowledge scores of medical device-related pressure ucler among ICU nurses with different hospital grades,ages,nursing years,ICU working years,initial educational background,final educational background,professional title and nursing competence levels(P<0.05).There were significant differences in training requirements for medical device-related pressure ucler among ICU nurses with different hospital grades,genders,final education,professional titles and nursing competence levels(P<0.05)..3.The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting the MDRPU knowledge score of ICU nurses were hospital grade,nursing competence level and final education level,and all of them had a positive impact.The main factors affecting the MDRPU training score of ICU nurses were hospital grade,professional title and gender.The different grade hospital andprofessional title are negative effect,and the gender is positive.Conclusions:1.ICU nurses have a low level of knowledge about medical device-related pressure ulcer,which needs to be improved,and ICU nurses in different hospitals have different levels of knowledge.2.ICU nurses have a strong desire for medical device-related pressure ulcer knowledge,and ICU nurses in different hospitals have different training needs for relevant knowledge.When making training plans,nursing managers should pay attention to it.Targeted and stratified training should be given to nursing personnel with different grades,titles and genders,which is conducive to improving the training effect and improving the training efficiency.
