| Objective: By comparing the clinical efficacy of milled fire needle therapy in treating cervical vertigo and oral sibelium capsule in treating cervical vertigo, the clinical efficacy of milled fire needle therapy in treating cervical vertigo was verified. Methods: 70 patients with cervical vertigo admitted to the Massage Department of Rehabilitation Medical Center of Guangxi People’s Hospital from March 2017 to November 2017 were divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group by random number table method. The treatment group was treated with acupoint meridian tendon theory and milled fire needle once every other day for 5 times, while the control group was treated with oral sibelium capsule,10 mg a day, orally after supper for 2 weeks. Before and after treatment,"Cervical Vertigo Symptoms and Function Assessment Scale","Chinese Medicine Vertigo Grading Assessment Table" and "Cervical Spondylosis Curative Effect Assessment Table" were used to evaluate the efficacy.Six months after the end of treatment, the recurrence rates of the two groups were followed up.Results: A total of 70 patients completed the experiment, including 35 in the treatment group and 35 in the control group.Through three scoring scales,we can draw the following conclusions: 1.The treatment of cervical vertigo with milled fire needle guided by point meridian tendon theory and the treatment of cervical vertigo with oral sibelium capsule can improve the symptoms of patients with vertigo. The treatment of cervical vertigo with milled fire needle guided by acupoint meridian tendon theory was more effective than oral sibelium capsule group in improving vertigo, neck and shoulder pain, headache, daily life and work, psychological and social adaptation(P < 0.05).2.The treatment of cervical vertigo with milled fire needle guided by the theory of point meridians and tendons can improve the vertigo and its accompanying symptoms, and the frequency of vertigo attack is more obvious than that of oral sibelium capsule(P < 0.05).3.The treatment of cervical vertigo with milled fire needle guided by the theory of point meridian and tendon was more effective than that of the oral sibelium capsule group in improving the symptoms and signs of cervical spondylosis(P < 0.05).4.The recurrence rate of cervical vertigo treated with milled fire needle under the guidance of point meridian tendon theory is lower than that of oral sibelium capsule(P < 0.05).The recurrence rate in follow-up group was 11.42% lower than that in control group 48.57%.Conclusion: Both milled fire needle on acupuncture on the muscle meridian theory and oral Sibeling capsule are effective for patients with cervical vertigo, but the effect of milled fire needle on acupuncture on the muscle meridian theory is better than oral Sibeling capsule, and the recurrence rate is low. |
