Observation And Research On Therapeutic Effect Of Acupoint Application Under The Guidance Of Meridional Flow On Senile Hypertension (Phlegm-turbidity Type)

Objective: observe the effect of acupoint application under the guidance of meridian flow on the morning blood pressure,TCM syndromes and quality of life improvement of phlegm-turbid and obstruction-type hypertension in elderly patients,so as to evaluate the clinical effect of acupoint application on hypertension in elderly patients.Methods: 72 elderly patients with phlegm turbidity and moderate obstruction hypertension who qualified the diagnostic criteria were included and randomly divided into 2 groups,36 in the control group and 36 in the experimental group.Control group: oral amlodipine benzene sulfonate tablets combined with conventional application of dizziness no.3 acupoint application(acupoint application prescription for senile hypertension with phlegm and turbidity in the first department of yunnan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine).On the basis of the control group,acupoint application was carried out under the guidance of meridional flow.The patients’ morning blood pressure,TCM syndromes and quality of life were observed before and after treatment for 14 days.The observed data were statistically analyzed to evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect.Results:1.After the test,the antihypertensive effect of the two groups was compared,and statistically significant,the total effective rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).2.After the test,the therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes of the two groups was compared,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was different,the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).3.The rank-sum test of two independent samples was used for the comparison between the two groups in the overall evaluation of the quality of life scale after theexperiment.P<0.05,the two groups had different therapeutic effects,and the experimental group was superior to the control group.4.Before and after the test,the two groups underwent three routine examinations,including liver and kidney function tests and electrocardiogram tests.No serious adverse reactions occurred during the test,and the safety was guaranteed.Conclusion: acupoint application under the guidance of meridional flow therapy in the treatment of phlegm-turbid and obstruction-type elderly hypertension can effectively control the patients’ morning blood pressure,improve the TCM syndromes,improve the quality of life,safe and reliable,worthy of promotion.
