Objective : The purpose of this research was to study the Clinical effect of the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery in Total Knee Arthroplasty.Methods:The study period between October 2017 and 2018,selected patients with knee osteoarthritis in the Orthopaedic department,Sixth Affiliated Hospital of XinJiang Medical University of who underwent Total Knee Arthroplasty as subjects,the perioperative period was optimized by ERAS concept for the first-time unilateral Total Knee Arthroplasty.According to surgical indication and inclusion criteria,20 patients with severe knee osteoarthritis were enrolled in the ERAS group.The operation was performed by the same group of physicians.The perioperative management was completed by myself.Sixty patients who underwent Total Knee Arthroplasty in the Orthopaedic department from 2015 to 2017 were selected,according to the completeness of the follow-up data,the ERAS group inclusion and exclusion criteria,finally 20 patients were selected as traditional recovery group.Visual analogue scale(VAS),American Knee Society score(AKS),Range of Motion(ROM),and the occurrence rate of complications,the time of hospital stay,hospital cost and degree of satisfaction in the two groups of patients were compared to analyze the clinical effects of ERAS in Total Knee Arthroplasty.Results:Compared with traditional recovery group,the ERAS group had effectively promoted the American Knee Society score(postoperation7d,1m)(P<0.05),clearly decrease Visual Analogue Scale(postoperation 1d,3d)(P<0.05),but the two groups have no significant difference in VAS(postoperation 7d,1m)(P>0.05),obviously augment the Range of Motion(postoperation 1d,7d,1m)(P<0.05),visibly lower the occurrence rate of PONV,DVT and urinary system infectious complications(P<0.05),distinctly reduce the time of hospital stay and hospital cost(P<0.05),improve the degree of satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery can distinctly relieve early pain,speed up the recovery after Total Knee Arthroplasty,decrease the occurrence rate of PONV,DVT and urinary system infectious complications,bring the time of hospital stay andhospital cost down,improve the degree of satisfaction,promote rapid recovery by improvement of perioperative management measures and process optimization.
