| Object:To investigate the physical health status,psychological loneliness and social support level of the elderly in Shihezi District,and analyze the influencing factors to provide a basis for promoting healthy aging in the reclamation area.Methods:Divide the area into urban and agro-pastoral groups,and then randomly select 700 elderly people aged 60 or older from each floor.From January to August 2018,the elderly who are coming to the community to meet the requirements of the survey are registered.The survey included: questionnaire,physical examination,laboratory examination.Results:A total of 1398 valid questionnaires and corresponding blood samples were recovered,with an effective rate of 99.8%.The average age of the respondents was(71.81±5.99)years old;There were 640 males,accounting for 40.8%,and 758 females,accounting for 54.2%;696 cases,accounting for 49.8%,and 702 groups,accounting for 50.2%.The results of the physical examination showed that the average waist circumference of urban elderly was 85.96 ± 9.74cm;the average waist circumference of the regiment was 90.90 ±9.13 cm.There were 22 cases of body weight loss in the elderly in the urban area,accounting for 1.6%;633 cases were overweight,accounting for 45.3%;279 cases were obese,accounting for 20.0%.The results of laboratory tests showed that the biochemical indicators of the elderly in the urban area are within the normal range.There were 145 cases of chest X-ray abnormalities in the temporal region.The abnormal detection rate was 10.4%,and the abnormal electrocardiogram was 473 cases.The detection rate was33.8%.The total number of dyslipidemia in the elderly was 674,accounting for48.2%;The total number of diabetic patients in the elderly was 292,accounting for20.9%.351 people were diagnosed with hypertension in the elderly,accounting for 25.1%of the total number.Logisitic regression results showed that the differences in age,gender,BMI,smoking,and social support levels were statistically significant(P<0.05).With the increase of age,BMI and monthly income,the risk of hypertension increasesgradually.Alcohol consumption and elevated BMI increase the risk of diabetes,and exercise is a protective factor for diabetes.The social support for the elderly with an average score of 36.08±6.30.Age,education level,marital status,exercise and sleep,life satisfaction,and loneliness are the influencing factors affecting the social support level of the elderly.The scores of loneliness in the elderly with an average score of 36.88 ±9.27.Place of residence,monthly income,exercise,sleep quality,self-care ability,and life satisfaction are the influencing factors affecting the level of loneliness.Conclusion:The prevalence of chronic diseases in the elderly in the urban areas is high.The detection rate of hypertension,chest X-ray and ECG abnormalities in the elderly increased with age.The detection rate of chronic diseases in the elderly is related to gender,age,smoking,drinking,exercise,and BMI.The level of social support for the elderly in the district needs to be improved.The elderly have obvious loneliness,and it is necessary to carry out targeted health interventions. |
