Objective By collecting and sorting out the general data of women in 42-60 days postpartum, the high risk factors of rectus abdominis separation and the physiological and psychological effects of rectus abdominis separation on patients were analyzed. To explore the clinical effect of low-frequency electric stimulation on the separation of rectus abdominis after delivery.Methods1.A total of 257 patients were selected to deliver in The obstetrics and gynecology hospital of dalian from July 2 to October 2017.127 patients were divided into two groups according to the separation of rectus abdominis after delivery, including 127 patients, who underwent 42 days postpartum reexamination in the pelvic floor outpatient of The obstetrics and gynecology hospital of dalian.130 cases without rectus abdominis muscle separation,127 patients with rectus abdominis were randomly divided into observation group(n = 57)and control group(n = 70).The methods are as follows:2.257 maternal age, body weight, body weight gain, delivery, number of deliveries, fetal size,double-birth,pre-pregnancy weight,pre-birth weight, and body weight gain were recorded. The influence factors of the abdominal rectus were analyzed by using the SPSS10.0 statistical software.3.Observe the shape of abdomen, and measure the width of rectus abdominis.4.A questionnaire survey was carried out: 57 women who were treated with electrical stimulation filled out QOL-summary form and SAS anxiety self-rating scale before and after treatment to analyze the effect of rectus abdominis separation on patients' physiology and psychology.5.127 patients with rectus abdominis were randomly divided into the observation group(57 cases)and the control group(70 cases).Results.1.The incidence of rectus abdominis separation was 49%(127 / 257).Univariate analysis showed that the percentage of rectus abdominis seperation in cesarean section was significantly higher than that in natural delivery(62% vs 42%).The percentage of rectus abdominis separation in twins group was significantly higher than that in single pregnancy group(92vs47),and the percentage of rectus abdominis muscle separation in puerpera was significantly higher than that in puerpera(61 vs 45)(P 0.027).There was no significant difference in body mass index(BMI)before pregnancy, weight gain during pregnancy and BMI during pregnancy(P > 0.05).2.Multivariate analysis showed that age, fetal birth weight, number of births, mode of delivery, twin pregnancy were positively correlated with the occurrence of rectus abdominis separation after delivery, and were the risk factors for the separation of rectus abdominis postpartum(OR=1.125 95% CI:1.043-1,213,).P0.002;OR=1.00195% CI:1.001-1.002,P=0.001;OR=2.901 95% CI:1.503-5.593,P=0.001;OR=1.984 95%CI:1.048-3.754,P=0.035;OR=7.866 95% CI:2.378-26.015,P=0.001).3..The cure rate of electric stimulation in the treatment of rectus abdominis separation(86%),the improvement rate of conscious symptoms(51%),and the conscious psychological symptoms and life satisfaction were significantly higher than those of expectant treatment(P=0.000,P= 0.000).Conclusions1.Age,fetal weight, delivery mode, delivery time and twins are high risk factors for the separation of rectus abdominis postpartum.2.Symptoms such as abdominal wall relaxation and back pain caused by the separation of rectus abdominis may cause mild anxiety. 3.Low-frequency electrical stimulation is an effective and non-invasive method for the treatment of rectus abdominis.4.After the treatment of rectus abdominis, life satisfaction was improved significantly.
