Objective;To study the current situation of perceived control for stroke patient in rehabilitation and the self-management behavior as well as the subjective well-being.To investigate the correlation between perceived control,self-management and subjective well-being.To investigate the factors influencing perceived control,self-management behavior and subjective well-being,and to provide theoretical basis for increasing perceived control ability,forming a good self-management behavior,to promoting the subjective well-being.Ultimately achieve the purpose of improving the quality of life.Methods:The study is a non-experimentally research.By convenience sampling method to choose 195 patients with stroke in rehabilitation from 2 certain grade 3 A-level comprehensive hospital and 1 certain grade 2 A-level comprehensive hospital of Jilin province.A total of 210 questionnaires were issued and 203 copies were recovered,of which 195 copies were valid.The research instruments have Chinese Illness Perception Questionnaire-Revised scale(CIPQ-R),Stroke self-management behavior scale and memorial university of Newfoundland scale of happiness(MUNSH).Finishing a good data with statistics software SPSS 19.0.Used the descriptive analysis to evaluate perceived control,self-management behavior and subjective well-being,and analyzed the influencing factors and relationships based on T-test,ANOVA,Pearson correlate analysis.Results:(1)The perceived control score of patients with stroke was 115.99±15.118 in this study.Age,cultural degree,work status,average monthly income of the family,which has statistical significance(P<0.05);(2)The self-management behavior score of patients with stroke was 170.29±20.457 in study.Age,cultural degree,work status,average monthly income of the family,hospitalization environment and medical treatment service of evaluation,which has statistical significance(P<0.05);(3)The subjective well-being score of patients with stroke was23.30±9.149 Gender,cultural degree,family relationship,work status,which has statistical significance(P<0.05);(4)Pearson correlation analysis showed that the perceived control of stroke patients was negatively correlated with self-management behavior and subjective well-being(P<0.05).The self-management behavior was positively correlated with the subjective well-being(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Stroke patients in rehabilitation have a medium level of perceived control,patients have a certain negative perception.(2)Stoke patients in rehabilitation have a medium level of self-management behavior,disease management and emotional management are not optimistic.It suggests that medical staff should correct the self-management behavior of stroke patients.(3)Stroke patients in rehabilitation have a medium level of subjective well-being.It suggests that medical staff should strengthen psychological intervention to reduce negative emotions.(4)The higher level of patients’ perceived control,the better of self-management behavior,and the level of subjective well-being can be much higher.It suggested that effective measures taken by medical staff to correct patients’ negative cognition can improve patients’ self-management behavior so as to improve their subjective well-being.
