| ObjectiveThis study retrospectively observed TCM treatment or TCM combined methotrexate treatment of salpingocyesis patients in our hospital with ?-HCG records,and analyzing correlation between figure changes and outcomes of different medications,to provide quantitative standards for clinical treatment of tubal pregnancy treatment options.MethodThis retrospective study collected 163 cases of tubal pregnancy diagnosed in the department of gynecology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine during 2015-2017.According to inclusion and exclusion criteria,medical records were screened and divided into groups:(Team A)successful treatment group treated by TCM,(Team B)TCM treatment failure group,(Team C)successful treatment group treated by TCM combined methotrexate,(Team D)TCM combined methotrexate treatment failure group.Score is conducted according to impact factor score model for tubal pregnancy disease,and figures of ?-HCG of the above groups of patients using TCM or TCM combined methotrexate treatment after the first day,the fourth day,the seventh day are recorded.HCG4-1,HCG7-1,HCG7-4,which mean that ?-HCG figure after treatment(Day 4-Day 1)/Day 1,(Day 7-Day 1)/Day 1,(Day 7-Day 4)/Day 4 are calculated.All data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0 statistical software package.The Roc curve was plotted to deduce the correlation between the change of blood ?-HCG and the treatment outcome on the 1st,4th,and 7th days.Results1.The logistic regression equation logit for TCM treatment of tubal pregnancy on first day and the fourth day is Logistics Y=1.571759*HCG4-1-0.71924,Y means treatment failure,1.571759 means regression coefficient,-0.71924 means constant,HCG4-1 means variation.2.The logistic regression equation logit for TCM treatment of tubal pregnancy on first day and the seventh day is Logistic Y=1.447366*HCG7-1-0.44353.Y means treatment failure,1.447366 means regression coefficient,-0.44353 means constant,HCG7-1 means variation.3.The logistic regression equation logit for TCM treatment of tubal pregnancy on the fourth day and the seventh day is Logistic Y=1.963126*HCG7-4-0.28181.Y means treatment failure,1.963126 means regression coefficient,-0.28181 means constant,HCG7-4 means variation.4.The logistic regression equation logit for TCM combined methotrexate treatment of tubal pregnancy on the first day and the fourth day is Logistic Y=0.454165*HCG4-1-0.13831.Y means treatment failure,0.454165 means regression coefficient,-0.13831 means constant,HCG4-1 means variation.5.The logistic regression equation logit for TCM combined methotrexate treatment of tubal pregnancy on the first day and the seventh day is Logistic Y=9.665242*HCG7-1+4.41975.Y means treatment failure,9.665242 means regression coefficient,4.41975 means constant,HCG7-1 means variation.6.The logistic regression equation logit for TCM combined methotrexate treatment of tubal pregnancy on the fourth day and the seventh day is Logistic Y=9.157028*HCG7-4+3.574659.Y means treatment failure,9.157028 means regression coefficient,3.574659 means constant,HCG7-4 means variation.7.According to the ROC curve,analysis results show that the figure of HCG on the fourth day by TCM treatment of tubal pregnancy decreased by<13.18%than the first day of treatment,the TCM treatment can be judged as a failure.Otherwise,it is successful.8.According to the ROC curve,analysis results show that the figure of HCG on the seventh day by TCM treatment of tubal pregnancy decreased by<22.1%than the first day of treatment,the TCM treatment can be judged as a failure.Otherwise,it is successful.9.According to the ROC curve,analysis results show that the figure of HCG on the seventh day by TCM treatment of tubal pregnancy decreased by<38.56%than the fourth day of treatment,the TCM treatment can be judged as a failure.Otherwise,it is successful.10.According to the ROC curve,analysis results show that 'the figure of HCG on the fourth day by TCM combined methotrexate treatment of tubal pregnancy decreased by<7.1%than the first day of treatment,the TCM combined methotrexate treatment can be judged as a failure.Otherwise,it is successful.11.According to the ROC curve,analysis results show that the figure of HCG on the seventh day by TCM combined methotrexate treatment of tubal pregnancy decreased by<61.51%than the first day of treatment,the TCM combined methotrexate treatment can be judged as a failure.Otherwise,it is successful.12.According to the ROC curve,analysis results show that the figure of HCG on the seventh day by TCM combined methotrexate treatment of tubal pregnancy decreased by<38.25%than the fourth day of treatment,the TCM combined methotrexate treatment can be judged as a failure.Otherwise,it is successful.Conclusion1.?-HCG have a clear assessment value on the success of tubal pregnancy drug treatment.The greater ?-HCG declines,there will be higher success rate for the treatment.Otherwise,the smaller blood ?-HCG declines,or increases,the treatment will have a higher failure rate.2.According to the ROC curve,analysis results show that on the first,fourth and seventh day of TCM treatment of tubal pregnancy,when the figure of HCG4-1 decreased by<13.18%,HCG7-1 decreased by<22.1%,HCG7-4 decreased by<38.56%,the treatment can be judged to fail,otherwise,it is successful.3.According to the ROC curve,analysis results show that on the first,fourth and seventh day of TCM combined methotrexate treatment of tubal pregnancy,when the figure of HCG4-1 decreased by<7.1%,HCG7-1 decreased by<61.51%,HCG7-4 decreased by<38.25%,the treatment can be judged to fail,otherwise,it is successful.4.The design of logistic regression equation and the application of ROC curve to predict and judge the treatment outcome,which has the clinical significance of timely preservation or replacement of treatment options,and dynamic detection of serum ?-HCG figure,with the pre-prognosis by logistic regression equation and ROC curve analysis variables,based on the patient's condition. |
