Objective:To investigate the effect of early surgical treatment of hand and foot burn scar deformity on the rehabilitation of the foot and foot function.Methods:The first affiliated hospital of Guangxi Medical University was collected from December 2015 to December 3,2018.A total of 39 children with hand burn scar deformity and 32 children with burn scar deformity.According to the histological features of scars,they are divided into early,regular and late stages.Data on surgical treatment in the early,routine,and late stages were collected separately.The survival of the skin after operation of the hand and foot scar contracture deformity in children,the appearance of the hand and foot skin after surgery and the function of the hands and feet before and after surgery were analyzed.Results:(1)Early operation of hand and foot scar deformity did not affect the survival of the skin:hand:the survival rate of the early operation group was92.30%;the survival rate of the conventional operation group was 84.61%;the late operation group The survival rate of the skin was 76.92%;the foot:the survival rate of the early operation group was 81.81%;the survival rate of the conventional operation group was 78.57%;the survival rate of the advanced operation group was 71.42%.All were performed separately x~2 test,(P>0.05),early surgery did not affect the survival of the skin.(2)Early hand and foot scar deformity surgery did not affect the appearance of the skin:hand:13 cases in the early surgery group Among them,8 cases were excellent;13 cases were in the routine operation group,9 cases were excellent,and 13 cases were in the late operation group,of which 5 cases were excellent.Foot:Early surgery A total of11 children,of which 6 were excellent;14 patients in the conventional surgery group,8 of which were excellent;7 patients in the advanced surgery group,of which 3 were excellent;Separately x~2 test,P is greater than 0.05,early surgery does not affect the appearance of postoperative skin.(3)Early hand and foot scar deformity surgery is conducive to the rehabilitation of hand and foot function:Children with early hand surgery there were 13 cases,of which 10cases were excellent,accounting for 76.92%;13 cases were in the routine operation group,of which 9 cases were excellent,accounting for 69.23%;13cases were advanced surgery,achieving excellent results.There were 3 cases,accounting for 23.08%;The foot:11 children with early operation of the foot,of which 8 cases were excellent,accounting for 72.73%;the conventional surgery group.There were 14 children,of which 5 cases were excellent,accounting for35.71%;7 cases were in the late operation group,of which 1 case was excellent,accounting for 14.29%.Both parts were performed separately x~2 Test,P<0.05,indicating the difference between early surgery and conventional surgery,late surgery,and early surgery group hand and foot surgery is excellent children Both were significantly increased compared with the previous one.Early surgery is m conducive to the rehabilitation of hand and foot functions.Conclusion:1.Early hand and foot scar surgery does not affect the survival of the skin;2.Early children’s hand and foot scar surgery has no significant effect on the appearance of postoperative skin;3.Early surgical treatment of hand and foot scar in children is beneficial to hand and foot function recovery.
