| Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical efficacy of Zuoguijiawei Decoction combined with donepezil in the treatment of cognitive impairment in patients with Parkinson's mild cognitive impairment,as well as study its effects on dyskinesia and quality of life in Parkinson's mild cognitive impairment.Methods:In this study,60 patients with Parkinson's mild cognitive dysfunction were selected according to the diagnostic criteria.Patients were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table,30 cases in each group.Treatment plan:standard anti-Parkinson drug treatment,control group treated with donepezil,once a day,oral administration at night before bedtime,the initial therapeutic dose is 5mg,maintain the dose for 4 weeks,increase the dose to 10mg after 4weeks,Once a day,continue treatment for 8weeks.On the basis of the drug in the control group,the treatment group was treated with Zuoguiyinjiawei Decoction,one dose per day,one dose of 200 ml,divided into two bags of morning and evening warm clothes,and the two groups were both treated for 12weeks.The safety indicators were basic vital signs,blood routine,blood biochemistry and electrocardiogram.The efficacy indicators were UPDRS-III score,MMSE scale score,MoCA score,PQD39 score,ADL,TCM syndrome score and TCM syndrome evaluation.Comprehensive evaluation of the effect of Zuoguiyinjiawei decoction on patients with Parkinson's mild cognitive impairment.SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to compare and analyze the data.The measurement data were described as meanąstandard deviation,obey the normal distribution,use t test,and do not obey the normal distribution using rank sum test.The count data is described as the frequency(composition ratio),and the X~2 test is used.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,both of the UPDRS-III score,MMSE scale score and MoCA score of the treatment group and the control group decreased.There was no significant difference between the two group(P>0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,The scores of the above-mentioned scales in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).meanwhile,After 4 weeks of treatment,the PQD39scores of the two groups were improved,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),treated for 12 weeks,Compared with the control group,the difference of PDQ39 score was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were not significantly decreased at 4 weeks after treatment,and the treatment group decreased significantly at 12 weeks.It was statistically significant(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group after 12weeks of treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zuoguiyinjiawei decoction can significantly improve the cognitive level of patients with Parkinson's combined cognitive impairment.Compared with the control group,the MMSE and MoCA and PQD39 scores were improved.The difference is statistically the12-week course.The significance of learning(P<0.05)indicates that Zuoguiyinjiawei decoction has a certain effect in improving cognitive impairment in patients with Parkinson's disease.Zuoguiyinjiawei decoction also improved the level of dyskinesia in patients with Parkinson's cognitive dysfunction.Compared with the control group after12 weeks of treatment,the UPDRS-III score of the treatment group decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).While confirming the clinical efficacy of Zuoguiyinjiawei decoction,some evaluations were made in terms of safety.It was found that Zuoguiyinjiawei decoction Plus has no serious adverse events during the study,indicating that Zuoguiyinjiawei decoction can treat Parkinson's combined cognitive dysfunction as a a safe treatment. |
