virus,and a small part of Human Enterovirus71 and ECHO virus infection.In the clinic,fever,sore throat,pharyngeal herpes,and salivation are the main symptoms of these diseases.Western medicine is mainly based on antiviral and symptomatic treatment,and there is no targeted drug.The therapeutic effect of antiviral drugs is not stable,and it has great side effects.There are relevant data in China that the disease belongs to the scope of Chinese medicine "mouth sore disease",and the disease is divided into three types: wind-heat-spleen syndrome,heart-spleen heat syndrome,and virtual fire-up syndrome.These diseases are fast-growing and highly contagious,unlike normal aphthous diseases.Some scholars have found that the location of such diseases is in the pharyngeal isthmus,not in the mucous membranes,gums,tongues,etc.,and because this disease is highly contagious,these scholars believe that these diseases are due to wind heat.The epidemic is caused by the lungs,and it is caused by the throat.Therefore,the syndrome can be treated according to the theoretical basis of the warm disease.According to the physiopathological characteristics of the sick children,the sick children can develop rapidly after being exposed to wind,heat and temperature.When the sick child goes to the hospital,it is not only the performance of the health score or the heat of the gas,it will become The qi and the same disease,in the treatment should follow the guidelines of wind,heat,detoxification,and pharynx,and the self-made Houttuynia Indigo mixture has achieved good therapeutic effect on the treatment of herpes simplex angina in children,but it is still lacking.Clinical trials and data to judge the treatment effect.Objective:For children with herpetic angina,Houttuynia Indigo Mixture is used to treat them.After observing the clinical symptoms,signs and other indicators,the objective evaluation of the therapeutic effect is made for the Houttuynia Indigo mixture.Clinical evidence and application provide strong evidence.Method:60 patients with Herpangina were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Houttuynia Indigo Mixture and vitamin C tables,and the control group was treated with vitamin C tables as a course of treatment every 5 days.Two groups were all treated with hypothermia and rehydration.Besides,20 cases of healthy physical examination children in the medical center of our hospital were selected as healthy control group.The changes of symptoms and signs before and after treatment were recorded in detail,and the results were analyzed using SPSS19.0 statistical software.Result:(1)60 cases of herpes pharyngitis,including 30 treatment group,16 men,14 women,age(2.87 ± 0.91)years old.Among the 30 children in the control group selected,18 were males,12 were females,and the age(2.21 ± 0.82)was old.In the normal control group,there were 20 cases,12 cases were males,8 cases were females,and the age was(2.42 ± 0.75).There was no significant difference in age,sex ratio,and proportion among the three groups of children(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in course and severity between treatment group and control group,and it was comparable.(2)After treatment,the individual points and total points of herpes,fever,pharyngeal pain and other children in the control group and treatment group decreased significantly compared with the pre-treatment,and the comparative differences in points between groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).The reduction of points in the experimental group was more obvious than in the control group.(3)Comparison of the therapeutic effects of the two groups of sick children after treatment After 5 days of treatment,the apparent rate of the experimental group was 90 %,and that of the control group was 83.3 %.After the test of 2 groups,the apparent rate of the two groups was compared with that of P< 0.05,which was statistically significant.;The effective rate in the experimental group was 100 %,the effective rate in the control group was 96.67 %,and the effective rate in the two groups was P> 0.05.(4)After immunoglobulin Ig A,Ig G,and Ig M were treated with 5D,Ig A,Ig G,and Ig M were significantly higher in the treatment group and control group(P<0.01)There was no significant difference between the normal group and the normal group(P> 0.05),and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);The CD4 and CD4/CD8 indexes increased significantly,and the CD8 level decreased significantly,which was superior to the control group(P<0.05).The index of IL-10 and IFN-? in the treatment group was significantly higher,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Houttuynia Indigo Mixture for the treatment of wind-heat spleen-type herpes angina can produce good therapeutic effects.It can significantly reduce symptoms and signs such as fever,sore throat and herpes in sick children.The therapeutic effect of Houttuynia Indigo Mixture may be achieved by regulating the immune function of children.The changes of the above inflammatory cells and mediators in the sputum can be used to judge the condition and guide the treatment. |
