Objective: To investigate the effect of perioperative thymosin α1 injection combined with entecavir on liver function in patients with HBV-related liver cancer after liver resection, and to evaluate its safety and clinical application value. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 275 HBV-related primary liver cancer patients who underwent hepatectomy in the Cancer Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from June 2016 to June 2018,according to whether perioperative thymosin α1 injection or entecavir treatment Divided into four groups: A,B,C,D: group A was not treated with special treatment;group B was entecavir treatment group;group C was thymosin α1 injection group;group D was thymosin α 1 injection combined with entecavir treatment group.Compare the total bilirubin(TBiL),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),prealbumin(PA)before and after 1st,3d,5d,and 7d.),albumin(ALB),prothrombin time(PT)indicators and postoperative complications. Results: Repeated measurement data analysis showed that the time effectsof TBiL,ALT,AST,ABL,PT,and PA were significantly different(P<0.05),indicating that all indicators changed with time, and TBil,AST,and PT changed with time.Similarly,ALT,ABL,and PA showed different trends with time;intergroup effects showed significant differences between groups of TBiL,ALT,AST,and PT(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the other groups(P>0.05).).The results of multiple comparisons between groups showed that the effect value of TBiL expression level in group A was lower than D(P=0.029),and the difference in expression level of TBiL between the other groups was found to be different(P>0.05).The effect value of ALT level in group A was low.In group C(P=0.018)and group D(P<0.001),there was no significant difference in ALT level between the other groups(P>0.05).The effect value of AST level in group A was lower than that in group B(P=0.037).),group C(P=0.009),group D(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in AST index between the other groups(P>0.05).The effect value of PA index in group A was lower than that in group D(P= 0.044),there was no significant difference in PA index between the other groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the four groups of ALB and PT(P>0.05).Four groups of patients had postoperative bile leakage and wound infection. There was no significant difference in the incidence of pulmonary infection and peritoneal effusion(P>0.05).Conclusions: Perioperative thymosin α 1 injection combined with entecavir can promote the recovery of liver function after hepatectomy in patients with HBV-related liver cancer.
