Objective As a relatively economically backward region,Guangxi has a large population base and a relatively low level of primary medical care.At the same time,it is one of the provinces with a high incidence of hepatitis B in China.According to relevant research,hepatitis B has spatial autocorrelation and spatial heterogeneity.In order to further reduce the harm of hepatitis B and effectively curb the prevalence of hepatitis B,this paper conducts research and analysis on the characteristics,prevalence and spatial distribution of hepatitis B in Nanning,Guangxi,2012-2017,grasps the trend and its changing trend.Spatial statistical methods were used to describe the spatial distribution characteristics of hepatitis B in Nanning,Guangxi in 2012-2017.The epidemiological characteristics and influencing factors of hepatitis B were explored,which provided a scientific basis for the development of prevention and control strategies and measures for hepatitis B.Methods Hepatitis B reported case data from the Nanning City CDC,the time range is from 2012 to 2017.In this study,the epidemiological section used Excel and SPSS 17.0 software to perform statistical analysis of the three distributions of hepatitis B reported cases.The spatial analysis part uses the ArcGIS 10.4.1 software to map the hepatitis B report incidence rate map and the IDW interpolation analysis map of each county in Nanning;draw the LISA analysis map of each county by GeoDa software;through the SaTScan software do spatial clustering analysis,and then use ArcGIS 10.4.1 software to draw a spatial scan clustering analysis map of Nanning.Results(1)In 2012-2017,there were 30,679 new cases of hepatitis B in Nanning,with an average annual incidence rate of 69.48/100,000.The annual incidence of tuberculosis was 75.07/100000,74.21/100000,66.50/100000,63.86/100000.,69.23/100000,68.22/100000.(2)In terms of time distribution,Nanning has monthly reports of hepatitis B cases,with peaks in January.From the perspective of gender distribution,the number of cases of hepatitis B males in Nanning is higher than that of females,with an average sex ratio of 2.20,the average male incidence rate is91.45/100000,and the average female incidence rate is 45.65/100000,from2012 to 2017.There were significant differences in the incidence of hepatitis B between men and women(?~2 values were 562.147,579.497,501.487,497.899,607.099,567.298,P values were less than 0.05).The risk of men's disease was1.967 times,2.003 times,1.975 times,1.991 times,2.066 times,2.013 times that of women.In terms of age distribution,the number of case reports is mainly concentrated in 20-49 years old.From the perspective of occupational distribution,the top five occupations in the reported cases are farmers,housework and unemployed,retired personnel,cadre staff,and workers.From the perspective of regional distribution,the highest incidence rate in Nanning is Xingning District,with an average incidence rate of 141.59/100,000.The lowest incidence rate is in Mashan County,with an average incidence rate of17.96/100,000.The incidence rate of each county and county is between0.72/100000 and 157.27/100000,which varies greatly.(3)From the spatial distribution map of hepatitis B in each county of Nanning,it is concluded that the incidence of hepatitis B in each county is in the high-incidence area and low-incidence area.The high-incidence areas are Xingning District,Qingxiu District and Shanglin County.(4)From the IDW interpolation map of the annual report rate of hepatitis B in each county and district of Nanning,it can be concluded that the hepatitis B report of Nanning City mainly radiated to the surrounding area from Xingning District and Shanglin County from 2012 to 2017.(5)From the results of spatial autocorrelation analysis of the incidence of hepatitis B in each county and district of Nanning,it is concluded that:In the global spatial autocorrelation analysis,the spatial autocorrelation coefficient Moran's I hypothesis test in 2012-2017 is greater than 0.05,which is not statistically significant.It indicates that the global spatial distribution of the incidence of hepatitis B report in counties and districts of Nanning in 2012-2017is a random pattern;Local spatial autocorrelation analysis yielded statistically significant areas from 2012 to 2017.There were two regional differences in the overall situation that were statistically significant.Except for two regional differences in 2015 and 2016,there was a statistically significant difference in the other regions.(6)From the 2012-2017 Nanning City Hepatitis B Reporting Rate Spatial Scanning Cluster Analysis Chart,it can be seen that the areas most likely to be gathered in 2012 and 2013 are the Qingxiu District,Xingning District and Liangqing District;The areas most likely to gather in 2014 are Jiangnan District and Xingning District;the most likely areas for gathering from 2015 to 2017 are Xingning District and Liangqing District.In 2012-2017,the high-yield report gathering areas in different years included Xingning District,indicating that Xingning District is an important area of concern for hepatitis B prevention and treatment.Conclusions(1)The peak of hepatitis B case report in Nanning is in January of each year;the male incidence rate is higher than that of female,and the average risk of onset is 2.20 times that of female;Hepatitis B case report age is mainly concentrated in 20-49 years old;The top five occupations in the number of reported cases are:farmers,household and unemployed,retired staff,cadre staff and workers.(2)The average incidence rate in Nanning is 69.48/100,000.The average incidence rate in each county is higher than the average incidence rate in Nanning:Suining District,Xingning District,Xixiangtang District,Shanglin County,Qingxiu District,Heng County.(3)Spatial interpolation analysis of the incidence of hepatitis B in Nanning City from 2012 to 2017,found that there is spatial clustering of tuberculosis in spatial distribution,Radiation is radiated around the center of Xingning District and Shanglin County,and the center is gradually decreasing from the center to the periphery.(4)Moran scatter plot analysis of the incidence of hepatitis B in Nanning from 2012 to 2017 found that the regional distribution did not have spatial aggregation but was randomly distributed;Analysis of the LISA map shows that the incidence of Xingning District is high-high spatial correlation mode,that is,its own incidence rate is high,and the incidence rate in surrounding counties is also high.(5)From the 2012-2017 Nanning City hepatitis B report rate spatial scan cluster analysis map,it can be seen that the most likely area for aggregation is Xingning District.
