In recent years, the problem of doctor-patient relationship has attracted much attention from all walks of life.In the traditional definition,doctor-patient relationship mainly refers to the relationship between medical staff and patients and their families in hospitals or medical places. However, with the development of Internet and intelligent terminals, mobile medicine came into being.Mobile medicine provides a bridge for the communication between doctors and patients, especially in its online consultation function.Doctors and patients can communicate directly one-to-one through this function.Using the theory of "use and satisfaction"as a theoretical tool, this paper studies the audience’s use of online inquiry function in "WeiYi"APP,and compares the audience’s use of media factors and satisfaction with their perception of doctor-patient relationship,so as to explore the status of doctor-patient relationship in mobile medical APP.The analysis of "use and satisfaction"from the perspective of audiences is mainly based on the following two reasons.Firstly,in the function of online consultation, both doctors and patients are the audiences of the function and media products.Secondly, the problem of doctor-patient relationship itself exists between doctors and patients, studying this relationship from the perspective of the audience can get the most direct opinions and attitudes of both doctors and patients.Based on the above considerations, this study use a hybrid approach which combines qualitative and quantitative research,on the basis of literature analysis and online participation observation,to issue questionnaires in "WeiYi" APP-related QQ groups, groups in the website of "DouBan"and related topics in the community of"ZhiHu",and select a certain number of online inquiry users(including doctors and patients)to conduct one-to-one in-depth interviews, and to analyze the results of the questionnaires and interviews. The study found that doctors and patients,as different types of users, have different use factors for the same media. On the one hand, doctors use media mainly based on personal needs, that is,the use of media functions, including economic needs for income, emotional needs to meet hobbies and personal integration needs. The use factors of doctors are clearly and explicitly, while on the other hand, patients have more use factors. For complexity,it is difficult to subdivide and organize strictly, but no matter what factors are used, they are generally based on the "usefulness" and "ease of use" of online inquiry. The "usefulness" is embodied in the professionalism of online search, while the "ease of use" is embodied in "convenience","easy access" and "ease of use "relative to offline hospitals. In terms of satisfaction after use, there is also a big difference between doctors and patients. The general evaluation and satisfaction degree of doctors on online inquiry is relatively high.Although patients are satisfied with the function as a whole, the higher satisfaction is mainly due to the lower expectation of the media, and the more satisfactory place is mainly due to the attitude of doctors, the communication atmosphere with doctors and the protection of patients’ privacy by online inquiry, but in the actual diagnosis. In terms of treatment function, patients all indicated that online consultation could not replace offline consultation.Through the analysis of user’s "use and satisfaction" and the survey of user’s attitude towards doctor-patient relationship, the study also found that patients’ views on the current doctor-patient relationship did increase the frequency of their use of online consultation, and the evaluation of doctor-patient relationship in online consultation was higher than that of off-line doctor-patient relationship. That is to say,the determination of online consultation can strengthen doctor-patient relationship to a certain extent. At the same time, the research results show that online inquiry can improve the doctor-patient relationship by relieving the pressure of outpatient clinics and balancing medical resources. However, the online inquiry function only plays a certain role on the line.Specifically to the off-line face-to-face consultation link,it also needs the joint efforts of hospitals, doctors, patients, medical institutions and other parties.Generally speaking, the factors and satisfaction of the audience using online inquiry confirm that online inquiry function can promote a virtuous circle of doctor-patient relationship to a certain extent, but relying solely on one media or media function cannot fundamentally solve the current doctor-patient relationship problem, and the solution of the problem requires the joint efforts of all sectors of society.
