Clinical Observation For The Treatment Of Periarthritis Humeroscapularis With Freehand Shock Therapy

Objective : To observe the clinical rehabilitation effect and mechanism of unarmed shock therapy for scapulohumeral periarthritis,and explore a new effective treatment method for clinical treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods : According to randomized controlled method,60 patients with suffering from scapulohumeral periarthritis were divided into observation group(30)and control group(30).The observation group was treated with unarmed shock therapy and the control group was treated with traditional massage therapy for 10 times each group.Before and after treatment,the SF-MPQ and Melle score were taken as observation indexes.And the assess the overall clinical efficacy of two groups and the difference were observed.Results : After treatment,the overall clinical efficacy of two groups was significantly improved(P<0.01),there was obvious differences between two groups in the overall clinical efficacy(P<0.05).The observation group was better than the control group.After the treatment,the SF-MPQ scores of two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.01),there was statistical significance between two groups(P<0.01).The observation group was better than the control group.After the treatment,the Melle scores of two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.01),there was statistical significance between two groups(P<0.01).The observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion : Both unarmed shock therapy and traditional massage can effectively alleviate the pain symptoms of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis and improve the shoulder joint function;Unarmed shock therapy is superior to traditional massage in alleviating symptoms and overall curative effect,which is worthy of popularization and application.
