Therapeutic Effect Of Four Endometrial Preparations In Patients With Thin Endometrium

Objective:Retrospective analysis of thin endometrial patients during the freeze-thaw embryo transfer cycle,the clinical eff-icacy of four different endometrial preparation programs.Method:Patients with endometrial thinning requiring frozen embryo transfer from a reproductive center in a top three hospital in Jingzhou from 2013 to 2018 were selected.The clinical data were relatively complete and met the inclusion criteria of 240 patients.According to the endometrial preparation program,there were 4 groups:the natural cycle group(50 cases),the Bujiale group(56 cases),the Fenmoston oral group(68 cases)and the Fenmoston combination group(66 cases),a total of 240 cases.The age,infertility years,body mass index,basal FSH,number of frozen embryos,number of high quality embryos,thickest basal endometrium,endometrial thickness of the transplant day,and the estrodiol of the transplant day and the fourth day after transplantation,cycle cancellation rate,clinical pregnancy rate,and abortion rate were compared between the four groups.Results:?There were no significant differences in the age,infertility years,body mass index,basal FSH,number of frozen embryos,and number of high quality embryos in the four groups(P>0.05);?The thickest basal endometrium of the combination group of Fenmoston was(4.79±0.28)mm,which was significantly thinner than the endometrium of the other three groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the day of transplant,the endometrium thickness of the Fenmoston combination group was(6.79±1.18)mm,there was no significant difference in the thickness than the other 3 groups(P>0.05);?On the day of the transplant,the estrodiol of the Fenmoston combination group was(5464.41±900.8)pg/ml,which was higher than the other three groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);On the 4th day after transplantation,the estrodiol of the Fenmoston combination group was(5970.80±906.42)pg/ml,which was higher than the other 3 groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);?The cycle cancellation rate of the natural cycle group was 16.00%,which was higher than the other 3 groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);?The clinical pregnancy rate of the Fenmoston combination group was 59.67%,which was higher than the other 3 groups.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);?The natural cycle group and the Bujiale group had a slightly higher abortion rate than the the Fenmoston oral group and the combination group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Thin endometrial patients undergoing frozen embryo transfer using artificial cycles can achieve better pregnancy outcomes.Selecting the natural cycle for endometrial preparation increases the cycle cancellation rate;Patients with thin endometrium who have no significant effect on the thickening of the endometrium due to oral supplemental Bujiale or Fenmoston,the effect of oral vaginal administration with vaginal administration is more significant;The combination of oral and vaginal combination of Fenmoston can increase the endometriuml thickness of the thin endometrium while increasing the clinical pregnancy rate.
