Objective To investigate the association between serum lipid(Total cholesterol,Triglyceride,High-density lipoprotein,Low-density lipoprotein, blood glucose),body mass index and breast cancer. To investigate the changes of blood lipid levels in triple negative breast cancer after comprehensive anti-tumor therapy in our hospital.Methods293female patients with primary breast cancer, who were cured in our center between January 2016 to June 2018,were enrolled in this study.(1)The control group consisted of 170 healthy people without any breast disease(benign and malignant breast disease).(2)Thereafter,The levels of the TC?TG?HDL?LDL?Glu and BMI were analyzed between them. And for further analysis, the breast cancer group were separated into further groups according to degree of tumor clinical stage, lymph node metastasis status, the degree of tissue differentiation,Ki67 expression and Her2 status.(3)To explore the changes of blood lipid metabolism in triple negative breast cancer after anti-tumor therapy.Result(1)The levels of serum TG?BMI in the breast cancer group(1.45±1.023mmol/L and 23.50±3.172Kg/?,respectively)were significantly higher than those in the control group(1.25±0.584mmol/L and 22.68±2.037Kg/?,respectively),p value were 0.006 and 0.001,respectively The levels of serum TC?HDL in the breast cancer group(4.78±0.932mmol/L and 1.02±0.292mmol/L,respectively)were significantly lower than those in the control group(5.04±0.904mmol/L and 1.15±0.376mmol/L,respectively).p value were 0.004 and 0.000 respectively. Then multiple logistic linearregressive analysis showed that TC,TG,HDL and BMI were the independent risk factors.(2)In the further analysis,we found the levels of serum TG ? BMI in premenopausal breast cancer group(1.35±0.815mmol/L and 23.66±3.205Kg/ ?,respectively),were significantly higher than those in the premenopausal control group(1.14±0.513mmol/L and 22.55±2.006Kg/?,respectively),p value were 0.007 and 0.000,respectively.The levels of serum TC?HDL in the premenopausal breast cancer group(4.62±0.943mmol/L and 1.01±0.293mmol/L,respectively),were significantly lower than those of the premenopausal control group(4.93±0.874mmol/L and 1.25±0.356mmol/L,respectively.),p value were 0.007 and 0.000.There was no significant difference between premenopausal breast cancer group and premenopausal control group in the levels of LDL(p=0.166).There were no significant differences in levels of serum TG?TC?HDL?LDL and BMI between postmenopausal breast cancer group and postmenopausal control group(P<0.05).(3)Serum TG level in triple negative breast cancer group(1.73±1.524mmol/L)was significantly higher than that in Non-triple negative breast cancer group(1.36±0.827mmol/L)(4)The TG and HDL of the triple-negative breast cancer(TG=1.80±1.578mmol/L?HDL=0.97±0.282mmol/L)at the initial diagnosis were significantly different from those of the patients after the comprehensive anti-tumor treatment for three months(TG=1.36±0.661mmol/L?HDL=1.07±0.258mmol/L)(p<0.05).Conclusion We found that dyslipidemia(higher serum TG level and BMI and lower serum TC level and serum HDL level)may affect the incidence of breast caner, particularly among premenopausal women. The blood lipid level of patients with triple-negative breast cancer recovered after standard anti-tumor treatment.
