Background Frozen blastoyst transfe(FBT)technology,as one of the derivative technologies of assisted reproductive technology,is not only a mature method for preserving fertility, but also effectively reduces the incidence of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS).This technology can be used to obtain embryos or blastocysts by in vitro fertilization(IVF)technology, and it can be stored in liquid nitrogen for a long time, which not only increases the cumulative pregnancy rate, but also can re-adjust the synchronization between endometrial development and embryonic development.Widely used in assisted reproduction.Since the first FBT pregnancy in China in 1994,FBT technology has gradually matured.Because of the simple operation and high recovery rate for vitrification technology,it is increasingly favored by doctors. It gradually replaces the slow freezin into a conventional assisted reproductive technology..There are many different factors affecting the success rate of FETs.Such as age, blastocyst quality and endometrial factors, but is no consensus until now.In this study, the clinical data, laboratory data and follow-up data of 812 patients with FET in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were collected. The factors affecting the clinical outcome of FBT were analyzed by single factor analysis and multivariate analysis. We have Combined and analyzed the relationship between various factors and clinical pregnancy outcomes, aiming to better guide the clinical work of our hospital's reproductive medicine center. As well as to pave the way for further research.purpose1.Using single factor analysis and multivariate analysis to analyze the relationshipbetween various factors and clinical pregnancy outcomes2.To explore the related factors affecting the clinical outcome through the trabsfer of blastocyst thawing transplantation(FBT)method A total of 812 patients who underwent blastocyst transfer at the Reproductive Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from July 2017 to April 2018 were selected as subjects. All patients were treated with the same blastocyst thawing protocol.During the study,All the data, including age(wife and husband),basic follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),basic luteinizing hormone(LH),basic estradiol(E2),the thickness of endometrium the type of infertility, embryologist, doctor, the number of transfered blastocysts, the number of days of blastocysts development and the type of embryotransfer catheter were collected.Single factor analysis was performed to analyze the effect of each factor on the clinical outcome by asing ?2 test or test.Multivariate logistic analysis was performed for those with statistically significant differences in univariate analysis.Results1 Single factor analysis of FBT clinical outcomes The results of single factor analysis showed that there were significant differences in the femal age, male age and the number of days of blastocysts development(P<0.05)between pregnancy and no-pregnancg groups. There were no significant differences in the basic FSH,the basic LH,the basic E2,the endometrial thickness, the infertility factor, embryologist, doctor, the number of transfered embryos, and the type of embryotransfer catheter(P>0.05).between the two qroups.2.FBT clinical outcome multivariate analysis results The statistically significant factorsin the univariate analysis were assigned as follows: female age(0:20~30 years old,1:>30 years old, male age(0:22~35)Years old,1:35 years old),the number of transfered blastocysts(0: blastocyst on day 5,1: blastocyst on day 6),multivariate results show:female age(OR=4.057,95% CI: 1.291~11.576)the male age(OR=2.068,95% CI:1.611~6.059)and the number of transfered blastocysts(OR=4.086,95% CI:1.015~5.942)were the influencing factors of independence for the outcomeof FBT(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical outcome of FBT is affected by the couple's age and the number of days of blastocysts development. For example,it patients with high-quality embryos on D5 and D6,to choose D5 blastocyst can acheve a better clinica to improve thel pregnancy rate.pregnancy outcome...
