Background and Objective In recent years, the incidence of Henoch-sch?nlein purpura(HSP)has been on the rise, which is easy to relapse and has a certain incidence of kidney damage, seriously affecting children's health and increasing family burden. Its pathogenesis and etiology are still unclear. In recent years, with more and more studies on vitamin D in autoimmune diseases,to some extent, studies have shown that vitamin D has the function of regulating immunity. Therefore, the main purpose of this study was to study the expression level of vitamin D in children with allergic purpura, and to explore the correlation between vitamin D and complement and immunoglobulin in children with the same group.Method Randomly selected from December 2017-December 2018,chaohu lake in anhui medical university affiliated hospital pediatric hospital treatment, the initial diagnosis of HSP in 49 cases of children as experimental group, the women have 21 cases, men have 28 cases,on the basis of the 2006 European resistance rheumatism association and the European pediatric rheumatology standards. All the children in the experimental group suffered from primary disease and were not treated with immunosuppressive agents, hormones and calcium before admission. No previous history of immunological diseases, tumors or other special diseases.40 children with normal results from the outpatient department of physical examination of our hospital in the same period were randomly selected as the healthy control group, including 26 males and 14 females. There were no statistically significant differences in gender and age between the two groups(P > 0.05).Sampling children with henoch-schonlein purpura(before treatment)and healthy controls children fasting venous blood of 4 ml each, after centrifugal, upper serum, and determination of two groups of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D expression level, determination of children with henoch-schonlein purpura group of C3,C4 and immunoglobulin(Ig A,Ig G,Ig M)levels, and record the related data, and statistics of two groups of data,etc.SPSS22.0 data analysis software was used for data analysis.Count data compared with chi-square test, measurement data fall is expressed in using (?)+ S,using t test is compared between group; The rank sum test was used for comparison between groups. For correlation analysis,Pearson analysis or spearman rank analysis was adopted. The significance level was =0.05.Results The serum level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in the HSP children group was(19.061±6.572)ng/ml,and that in the healthy control group was(30.789±1.880)ng/ml.The levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in the two groups were compared. The results showed that the levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in the HSP children group were significantly lower than those in the healthy control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=-11.628,P<0.05).Correlation analysis was conducted between the levels of C3,C4,Ig A,Ig G and Ig M and 25-hydroxyvitamin D,respectively, and the results showed that the expression level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D was negatively correlated with the level of Ig A(r=-0.352,P<0.05),and there was no significant correlation between the levels of C3,C4,Ig G and Ig M(r=0.199,r=0.248,r=-0.165,r=-0.158,all P>0.05).Conclusion The level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in children with henoch-sch?nlein purpura was significantly lower than that in the control group, and was negatively correlated with immunoglobulin A,suggesting that it may be related to the incidence of henoch-sch?nlein purpura.
