Clinical Study Of Sangju Yin In The Treatment Of CVA Attack Stage(Wind-heat Assault Lung Syndrome)in Children Of Taiyin People

Objective: This topic is the clinical study of Sangju Yin in the treatment of CVA attack stage(wind-heat attack lung syndrome)in children of Taiyin people.Under the guidance of Professor Feng Xiaochun and on the basis of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the clinical experience of the tutor for many years and the in-depth study of the related etiology and pathogenesis,I realize that traditional Chinese medicine can play a greater advantage in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children.This topic combines the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine with the theory of Korean medicine,and compares the clinical efficacy of Taiyin people and Taiyang people in the treatment of cough variant asthma attack period(wind-heat attack lung syndrome)according to different constitutions,in order to provide theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of Taiyin people cough variant asthma.Methods: Sixty children with cough variant asthma(CVA)in attack stage(wind-heat attack lung syndrome)were divided into two groups,30 in Taiyin people group and 30 in Taiyang people group.Both Taiyin people and Taiyang people groups were given Sangju Yin,drink for seven consecutive days as a course of treatment.A course of treatment was observed and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results: The total effective rates of Taiyin people group and Taiyang people group were86% and 80% respectively,which showed that both groups had curative effects.After treatment,the two groups were tested by statistics(p < 0.05),and the curative effect of Taiyin people group was better than that of Taiyang people group.Most of the symptoms of the two groups were improved,but the Taiyin people group was better than the Taiyang people group.The scores of main and secondary symptoms in Taiyin people people group were better than those in control group,and there was statistical significance(p < 0.05).The Taiyin people group was 30,and the Taiyang people group was 30.Observation of the total curative effect: The total curative effect of 30 patients in Taiyin people group was 86.00%,of which 3 were cured,11 were markedly effective,12 were effective and 4 were ineffective;the total curative effect of 30 patients in Taiyang people group was 80.00%,of which 1 was cured,6 were markedly effective,17 were effective and 6 were ineffective.Conclusion: The curative effect of Taiyin people group was better than that of Taiyang people group Sangju Yin has achieved clinical results,which has important clinical guiding significance and use value.
