Efect Of Jiedu Tongluo Tiaogan Decoction On Serum FGF21 In Patients With Type2 Diabetes Mellitus(Liver And Stomach Heat Accumulation Syndrome)

Objective:(1)To observe the effect of Jiedu Tongluo Tiaogan Decoction on TCM clinical s ymptoms a nd the related indicators of glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with t ype 2 diabetes mellitus(Liver and Stomach Heat Accumulation Syndrome),evaluate its clinical efficacy,and provide evidence for the clinical application of toxic loss liver functio n theor y.(2)To observe the effect of Jiedu Tongluo Tiaogan Decoction on the level of serum FGF21 in patients with t ype 2 diabetes,and to provide new possible targets or mechanisms for the Decoctions.Methods: The 60 patients enrolled were randoml y divided into the treatment group of 30 cases and the control group of 30 cases.On the premise of basic treatment,the two groups of patients continued oral administration of the original dose of metformin h ydrochloride tablets.On the basis of this,the control group was given Jiedu Tongluo Tiaogan Decoction placebo,and the treatment group was given Jiedu Tongluo Tiaogan Decoction.The course of treatment was 12 weeks,and the relevant indicators before and after treatment were monitored and statisticall y anal yz e d.Results: After observation and statistics,compared with the control group,the treatment group can significantl y reduce HbA1 c,HOMA-IR,FPG,FINS,TG,TC,LD L-C,BM I and FGF21 levels,the difference was statisticall y significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05).In the improvement of clinical s ymptoms of TCM,the TCM s yndrome scores of the treatment group decreased more significantl y(P<0.01),the total effective rate of the two groups was higher in the treatment group than in the control group,and the difference was statisticall y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Jiedu Tongluo Tiaogan Decoction improves the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism and reduces the bod y mass in patients with t ype 2 diabetes.It ma y be achieved b y regulating the level of serum FGF21 to improve insulin resistance.FGF21 ma y be a new potential target for Jiedu Tongluo Tiaogan Decoction.
