Clinical Researsh Of Gualou Qumai Pills In The Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Gualou Qumai pills on diabetic nephropathy(syndrome of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency).Methods: Follow the principle of randomized,controlled,this study use SSPSS 23.0medical software calculation,will be in accordance with the principle of random,78 subjects were divided into two groups,treatment group and control group 39 people,each in the control group only treated with western medicine foundation and recurrence of alpha keto acid,Haikun Shenxi capsule,the treatment group in the control group on the basis of medicine medicinal broth,2 months for a period of treatment,analysis of TCM symptoms and physical and chemical inspection changes before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical effect.Results:1.In this study,a total of 78 patients with DN(spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome)who met the inclusion criteria were selected.5 patients fell off during the2-month study,including 2 patients in the treatment group,1 patient lost to follow-up,1patient failed to take medication as prescribed,and 3 patients in the control group lost to follow-up.Finally,73 patients completed the study as required.2.Edema,frequency of urination,turbidity of urination,thirst and weakness of the waist were all significantly improved in TCM syndromes.3.24-hour urinary protein quantitative reduction was more obvious,Scr,BUN were improved.4.In the treatment group,0 cases(0%)were cured,21 cases(56.75%)were effective,10 cases(27.03%)were effective,and the total effective rate was 83.78%.In the control group,0 cases(0%)were cured,8 cases(22.22%)were effective,14 cases(38.89%)were effective,and the total effective rate was 61.11%.Conclusion: Research shows that in this gas Yin as the therapeutic principles,based on the basic treatment of western medicine combined with Gualou Qumai pills treatment ofdiabetic nephropathy(spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome)curative effect,TCM symptoms,24 hours urinary protein,BUN,Scr,has achieved a certain curative effect,for clinical research in Gualou Qumai pills application foundation in diabetic nephropathy.
