Objective:To explore the influencing factors of gastroparesis syndrome after laparoscopic distal gastrectomy, and put forward the corresponding treatment and preventive measures,so as to provide guidance for clinical practice and reduce the incidence of gastroparesis after operation. Methods:A total of 460 cases of patients undergoing radical resection of distal gastric cancer under endoscopy in gastrointestinal surgical wards of our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were collected. The patients were divided into PGS group and non-pgs group through postoperative diagnosis and treatment. The patient data were retrospectively analyzed.Analysis of patients’ age, gender, preoperative pyloric obstruction, perioperative blood glucose, preoperative anemia, perioperative blood plasma albumin, history of high blood pressure, digestive tract reconstruction method, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative complications(but not limited to,abdominal cavity infection, hemorrhage, anastomosis after ather, duodenal stump floor, etc.),postoperative analgesia pump of PGS 12 factors, such as application of Logistic regression analysis to explore the influence after resection of the distal gastric cancer risk factors, and treatment of postoperative patients with gastric paralysis, and summarizes prevention measures. Results:Among the 460 patients,a total of 39 patients had PGS,and the incidence rate of PGS was 8.48%.According to the statistics of the two groups, there were statistically significant differences in age, preoperative pyloric obstruction, perioperative low blood protein, perioperative high blood glucose, and digestive tract reconstruction methods. After combined treatment, all patients recovered effectively. Conclusions:Preoperative pyloric obstruction, perioperative hypoproteinemia and periopera-tive hyperglycemia were the risk factors.Billroth I was the protective factor for theoccurrence of gastroparesis syndrome.
