| Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of Acute Cholangitis of Severe Type treated with bedside endoscopic biliary drainage in non X-ray.Methods:From June 2016 to June 2018,75 cases of ACST were retrospectively analyzed, according to whether on bedside with X-ray operations into group A(non X-ray drainage)and group B(drainage under X-ray monitoring),compared two groups of preoperative and postoperative 1 day,3 days after operation,7 days after the change of the indicators, the postoperative clinical symptoms, surgical success rate, mortality and the incidence of complications, the length of time. Results:A total of 75 cases of ACST patients,20 cases in group A,including 12 cases of ERBD drainage,8 cases of ENBD drainage,55 cases in group B,25 cases of ERBD drainage,30 cases of ENBD drainage, two groups of surgical technique operation were successful, group A of bed set effective rate was 90.00%,postoperative complication rates 10.00%,2 cases died, the cause of death for multiple organ failure, mortality rate by 10.00%;For the contrast group B,the effective rate was 98.18%,the complication rate was 5.45%,and 0 cases died. There were no significant differences between the two groups in mortality, complication rate, effective rate, and length of stay(P > 0.05).Postoperative inflammatory indicators and liver function were significantly improved in each group compared with that before surgery(P < 0.05).After treatment,WBC,NEUT,ALT,and TBIL were not significantly different between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Bedside endoscopic biliary drainage with non X-ray is an effective method for the treatment of acute severe cholangitis, and it is of great clinical value to relieve the condition of patients who are extremely critical and cannot be transported,It is quick, safe, effective and easy to operate to alleviate the condition, creating conditions for subsequent treatment and having important clinical treatment value. |
