The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Vertebral Artery Type Cervical Spondylosis With "Lv Shi Ding Xuan Fang"

Objective::to observe the clinical effect of "lv shi ding xuan fang" in the treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis,analyze and compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups,and preliminarily explore the mechanism of "lv shi ding xuan fang",so as to provide a more effective method for clinical use.Methods:60 patients with cervical spondylosis with definite diagnosis of vertebral artery type were randomly divided into 2 groups: 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with "lv shi ding xuan fang",and 30 patients in the control group were treated with ordinary acupuncture.Respectively to evaluate two groups of patients before and after the first course of treatment and after treatment,all of the cervical vertigo symptom and function assessment scale score,average,and the bilateral vertebral artery and basilar artery blood flow velocity,compared two groups of treatment in different periods of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis symptom and function to improve the situation,and the average blood flow velocity of vertebral basilar artery before and after the treatment to improve the situation,to assess the clinical efficacy of "lv shi ding xuan fang".Results:1.Symptom score: Cervical Vertigo Symptoms and Functional Assessment Scale(ESCV);after one course of treatment,the intra-group comparison,P < 0.05,the scores of both groups were statistically significant,indicating that both groups were effective in treatment;the scale score between patients was statistically calculated,P >0.05,indicating that the two groups of treatment methods after the end of the first course of treatment,the improvement of symptoms and functions,After the first course of treatment,the two treatments were identical.After the whole course of treatment,the intra-group comparison: P < 0.05,indicating that the two groups of treatment methods are effective at the end of all courses of treatment;the inter-group comparison,P < 0.05,indicating that the two groups of treatment after the end of all courses of treatment have differences;the difference comparison: P < 0.05,indicating that after the end of all courses of treatment,the treatment group is better than the control group in improving clinical symptoms.2.The results of transcranial Doppler ultrasonography: After the end of the whole course of treatment,the average blood flow velocity of bilateral vertebral arteryand basilar artery was P < 0.05,indicating that both groups could improve the average blood flow velocity of bilateral vertebral artery and basilar artery.The comparison between groups showed that the average blood flow velocity of bilateral vertebral artery and basilar artery was P < 0.05.Significance,difference;difference comparison,P < 0.05,indicating that after the end of all courses of treatment,the treatment group in improving bilateral vertebral artery and basilar artery mean blood flow velocity due to the control group.3.Overall efficacy evaluation: the total effective rate of the treatment group was93.33%,and that of the control group was 80.00%.The difference of P < 0.05 by rank-sum test was statistically significant.Conclusion:there was a significant improvement in the ESCV evaluation scale of both "lv shi ding xuan fang" and ordinary acupuncture in the treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis,and both methods were effective.However,after the end of the first course of treatment,the clinical symptoms of the two groups were equally effective.After the end of all courses of treatment,the effect of "lu shi ding xuan fang" was better than that of ordinary acupuncture.Both methods can improve the average blood flow velocity of bilateral vertebral artery and basilar artery,and both have therapeutic effects,but the improvement effect of "lv shi ding xuan fang" is better than that of the control group.
