| Objective: By excavating the theory of correlationship between meridian and viscus in classical books,we can clarify their connotations and evolution, which can also provide useful reference for basic theoretical research and clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion.Method: It mainly adopts the research methods of Chinese Medical literature. With the help of modern information,computer-based,online and academic journals are used to retrieve modern literature. The texts of Nan Jing should be sorts out and classified to make them clear, refine the connotations of the correlation between meridian and viscus. Then,in order to achieve the goal of the systematically sorting, summarizing and excavating the theories of the correlation between meridian and viscus in Nan Jing,we should to trace its origin and understand its development and the clinical application by comparing and analyzing the original texts of Huang Di Nei Jing and to explore the clinical application of acupuncture by modern literature.Result: 1.Correlation between meridian and viscus. The syndrome of meridian Qi apnea in the Nan Jing and Lingshu Meridian are no difference, which showed that Twelve Channels are closely related to the five internal organs. The Pericardium Channel of Hand-JueYin is related to the pericardium, heart and Sanjiao. The Sanjiao Channel of Hand-Shaoyang is related to Sanjiao and Pericardium. There are Yin Qiao and Yang Qiao Collaterals in Nan Jing except Du and Ren Collaterals. The connection between collaterals and the viscera are the two cases: Firstly,it is indirectly connected with the organs through the meridians which influenced by the combination of theory of viscera and collaterals.Secondly, the correlation between the body surface and viscera reflected by the circulation of collaterals, disease and the main function of the Luo Point. In Nan Jing and Huang Di Nei Jing, both of the Chong Mai and Ren Mai are related to the kidney and uterus. The correlation between Dai Mai,Wei Mai and viscera are not clear. The difference is that the Du Mai is related to the brain and kidney, the Qiao Mai is related to the brain in Nan Jing. The route of the Du Mai is more complicated in Huang Di Nei Jing.In addition,it is not only connects with the brain and kidney, but also with the uterus and heart, and the Qiao Mai is related to the kidney and the brain.2.Correlation between points and viscus.According to the disease of the Five Shu acupuncture points in the Nan Jing, the relationship between the single-point disease and the five internal organs is understood from the perspective of the five elements. The Jing, the Ying, the Shu,the Jing, and the He points correspond to the liver, the heart, the spleen, lungs and kidneys, which does not represent an objective reflection of the points. The Jing points, the Shu points of Yinjing, and the He points are clearly related to the viscera, also, the relationship between the Ying points, the Shu points of Yangjing, the Jing points and the organs are not clearly in Huang Di Nei Jing, while the Jing points are related to viscera in Nan Jing. The Yuan Points contained in Nan Jing have been exerted on the basis of Huang Di Nei Jing.It had Supplementing the DUIGU as the Yuan of Shaoyin and proposing the concept of Yuan Qi,which further enriched the connotation of the Yuan Points and the viscus. The relationship between the Back-Shu and Mu Points and viscus has been reflected in the Huang Di Nei Jing.On the basis of this,it exerts the yin and yang properties and the disease mechanism of the Back-Shu and Mu Points, and clarifies its correlation with the viscera in Nan Jing, which lay a theoretical foundation for the combination of the Back-Shu and Mu Points. The Eight Hui Points are first seen in Nan Jing, consisting of the Five Shu acupuncture points, the Back-Shu and Mu Points,Yuan points. Therefore, the Eight Hui Points and are also related to organs with varying degrees.3.Discussion on related problems. The contents of Yingwei circulation, specimen, root knot,Four Streets,Four Seas and Yuan Qi are the theoretical basis of correlationship between meridian and viscus. The differences concepts of pericardium,Three jiao and the integration of meridian theory and viscus theory are the important influencing factors of meridian-viscus correlation. Conclusion: 1.The theories of Twelve Meridians,Fifteen Collaterals,Eight Meridians and specific acupoints contained in Nan Jing, which were enriched the connotation of relationship between meridians and acupoints and viscera, and has been widely used in modern acupuncture clinic.2.The connection basis between meridians and viscera is related to Yingwei circulation, specimens, root knots,Four Streets,Four Seas and Yuan Qi.The difference of viscera concepts, the integration of meridian theory and viscus theory are the important influencing factors of meridian-viscus correlation.3.The contents of the correlation between meridian and viscus in Nan Jing were partly derived from Huang Di Nei Jing. The differences between the two were also derived from other ancient medical classics, which provided important literature references of theoretical research of the correlation between meridian and viscus. |
