The Clinical Reserch Of Modified ShengShuSanhuang Decoction On Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids Of Damp-heat Pouring Downward Syndrome After Surgery

Objective:To observe the condition of pain,bleeding,defecation and edema of Modified ShengShuSanhuang Decoction on Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids of Damp-heat Pouring Downward Syndrome after surgery and to evaluate its clinical curative effect and safety.Methods:60 patients with Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Sanhuang decoction,and 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Zhikang tablet.All patients of the two groups took drugs from the first day after operation and lasting 7 days.The condition of pain,bleeding,defecation and edema in the first、third and seventh days after treatment were recorded and filled in the form.Than to observe the adverse reactions in the study,and to evaluate the safety.Results:(1)The gender,age disease-course and clinical symptom integrals before the treatment of both groups exist no statistically significant differences(P>0.05)before the treatment.(2)Treatment group with defecation on the first day after treatment was better than the control group(P < 0.05).Treatment group with pain,bleeding and defecation in the third daysafter treatment was better than the control group respectively(P <0.05).Treatment group with pain,bleeding,defecation and edema in the seventh day after treatment was better than the control group respectively(P < 0.05).(3)The syndrome integral had statistically significant difference after treatment in both groups(P < 0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).(4)The average wound healing time of treatment group and the control group were(19.17±2.32)days and(21.47±2.35)days respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)The effective rate of treatment group and the control group were respectively73.33% and 43.33%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified ShengShuSanhuang Decoction can effectively improvepain,bleeding,defecation and edema,shorten wound healing time on Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids of Damp-heat Pouring Downward Syndrome after surgery which is a safe and effective prescription and has no obvious adverse reaction.
