| Objective:To explore biochemical indicators of patients with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,protective effect for renal after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and clear the period between two extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.Methods:The selection on January 1,2016 to October 1,2017 patients with clinic of our hospital,120 cases of simple kidney stone patients,randomly assigned to captopril in treatment group(group A),water-soluble vitamin therapy group(group B),contrast the treatment group(group C),all patients were performed in vitro shock patients with gravel,collect all preoperative 1 day,24 h after surgery,postoperative patients with 72 h after 7 days of urine and blood samples,monitoring of serum SOD,urine β2-microglobulin expression;By using SPSS software for statistical analysis.Results:The trend of 120 cases of patients with postoperative serum SOD and urine β2-microglobulin were increased after deincreased.All patients serum SOD concentration of urineβ2-microglobulin had no significant difference,before 1 days operation and 7 days after operation,no statistical significance(P>0.05).we found that Serum SOD is obvious changing in the control group before and after surgery 1 days,and statistical analysis was statistically significant(P<0.05).To compare control group,we found SOD of B group was significantly lower in postoperative 72h,and statistical analysis was statistically significant(P<0.05).To compare control group,we found SOD of A group was significantly lower in postoperative 72h,and statistical analysis was statistically significant(P<0.05).To compare A group,we found SOD of B group was significantly lower in postoperative 72h,and statistical analysis was statistically significant(P<0.05).To compare control group,we found β2-microglobulin of experimental group was significantly lower in postoperative 24h,and statistical analysis was statistically significant(P<0.05).we foundβ2-microglobulin is not different in experimental group A and experimental group B after 24h and 72h surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion:This study found renal have self-limiting injury after ESWL,and captopril and water-soluble vitamins can protect renal.To compare captopril,Water-soluble vitamin has more advantage in injury renal of ESWL.Captopril and water-soluble vitamins has certain protective effect on renal tubular damage,and are no different.This study thinks that the secondary ESWL should be more than 7 days. |
