| Objective To investigate the current situation of psychological distress in patients with rectal cancer ostomy chemotherapy,and analyze its influencing factors;then to evaluate the impact of Focus-Solving Nursing on reducing the psychological distress of patients with rectal cancer.Methods Current study using a convenient sampling method,using the Distress Management Screening Measure(DMSM),the Medical Coping Style Questionnaire(MCMQ)and the Stoma Quality Of Life Chinese Version Of The Scale(Stoma-QOL-C)to measure patients with rectal cancer enterostomy chemotherapy Psychological distress levels,coping styles,and quality of life were analyzed using Spearman.Two-class logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the main factors affecting their psychological distress.Intervention study divided the Psychological Distress Thermometer(DT)Score ≥ 4 colon cancer stoma patients into observation group and control group according to the Random Number Table.The control group was given routine nursing care.The observation group implemented Focus-Solving Nursing Intervention on the basis of the control group.The psychological distress scores,medical copingstyle and quality of life of the stoma patients were compared between the two groups after 1 month and 3 months of intervention.Results The current survey found that the DT score was skewed,with a median of 3 and a quartile of 4;69 patients with gastrointestinal ostomy chemotherapy DT ≥ 4;the rate of psychological distress in patients with enterostomy chemotherapy 38.5%(69/179),higher than China’s norm level of24.2%.Patients with rectal cancer ostomy chemotherapy face dimension score(19.36±2.78),which was negatively correlated with psychological distress score;avoidance dimension score(16.08±1.65),positively correlated with psychological distress score;yield dimension score(9.94±2.21),and Psychological distress scores were positively correlated.The stoma quality of life score(53.13±6.43)was negatively correlated with the psychological distress score.Patients in the observation group received Focus-Solving Nursing Intervention,and patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention.At 1 month and 3 months,the psychological distress scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the quality of life of the stoma was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion 1.The detection rate of psychological distress in patients with rectal cancer ostomy chemotherapy is higher.2.Factors affecting the psychological pain of patients with rectal cancer stoma chemotherapy include patient education level,ostomy self-protection ability,whether or not ostomy complications,and whether there is family care during hospitalization.3.Patients with rectal cancer stoma chemotherapy are likely to adopt negative coping styles,such as avoidance and yielding;the quality of life of patients with stoma is negatively correlated with the level of psychological distress,and is at a medium level compared with the population of enterostomy at home and abroad.4.Focused care can effectively reduce the level of psychological distress in patients with rectal cancer stoma chemotherapy,improve the patient’s negative coping style and improve the quality of life of patients with stoma. |
