Comparison Of The Efficacy Of Operation Combined With Anti-Tuberculosis Drugs And Pure Anti-Tuberculosis Drugs In The Treatment Of Cavitary Tuberculosis

Background And Purpose Cavitarytuberculosis(TB),type Ⅲ TB,is a special type of tuberculosis,belong to continue to tuberculosis,The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of combined surgery with anti-tuberculosis drugs and pure anti-tuberculosis drugs on the recovery of cavitary tuberculosis.Methods The clinical data of patients with cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to the first affiliated hospital of Guang Xi Medical University from January 1,2013 to January 1,2016 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,two cases were excluded for not meeting the inclusion criteria of this study,and the remaining 53 cases were included in the study.According to the differences of the two treatment methods,the patients were divided into two groups: Group A was the group receiving surgery combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs,with a total of 27 cases,Group B consisted of 26 patients who were treated with anti-tuberculosis drugs alone.Results In terms of general clinical data such as age,disease course,gender,treatment history,Etiological test and disease stage,there was no statistically significant difference between Group A and Group B(P>0.05).It could be considered that the two groups were from the same population,and the treatment effect between the two groups was comparable.After follow-up treatment for 3 months,6 months and 30 months,23,25 and 26 cases of improvement were found in group A,with an improvement rate of 85.2%,92.6% and 96.3%,respectively,the improvement rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group b.the X2 of the three time periods was 14.159,10.230,9,792,and the corresponding P was 0.000,0.001,and 0.002,all < 0.05.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion For advanced cavitarytuberculosis,operation combined with anti-tuberculosis drug therapy is an effective treatment method.No matter short-term follow-up or long-term follow-up,operation combined with anti-tuberculosis drug therapy is more effective than pure anti-tuberculosis drug therapy.Drug sensitivity test is recommended before the operation for advanced cavernous tuberculosis,and the remaining course of treatment should be completed effectively according to the specific conditions after the operation.
