Objective By summarizing the variation types and mutation rate of each cerebral artery, discussing the possible relatives between the variation of cerebral artery and the occurrence of cerebrovascular disease. To study the relation of aneurysms occur in posterior communicating artery and the angle between ophthalmic and the origin of posterior communicating artery(Apcom). To study the possible relationship between the fetal origin of the posterior cerebral artery and aneurysms of posterior artery.Meterials and methods A total of 405 CTA images were analyzed retrospectively from January 2015 to March 2016,the variation rate and location of each artery were statistically analyzed.Selected a total of 47 cases with aneurysm of posterior communicating artery from 2010 to 2017,whose diagnosis was comfirmed with DSA or surgery.26 healthy cases matched with ages were selected as control group. The angles of internal carotid artery C6 segment and posterior communicating artery were measured by ADW4.4 on 47 cases with aneurysm of posterior communicating artery and 26 healthy cases.Compared the incidence rate of FTP of aneurysm group with control group. Results In all 405 cases, only 92 cases demonstrated complete circles of Willis, whose incidence rate was 22.96%;The majority of the cerebral arterial variations is the diameter of the posterior communicating artery, with a total of 187,and the incidence rate is 46.17%;Followed by the diameter and number variation of anterior circulation, with a total of 127 cases, the incidence rate was 31.35%;Third for fetal origin of the posterior cerebral artery,a total of 84 cases, with incidence rate of 20.74%;a total of 15 cases were fenestration and the incidence rate was 3.7%.The average angle of Apcom was 86.10±18.21° in aneurysm group(in total 91 sides,3 sides cannot be measured),the average angle of control group(in total 40 sides)was 90.44±12.42°,There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The average angle of parent artery sides was 82.26±18.90°,the average angle of the sides without aneurysm was 90.37±16.59°,the average angle of parent artery sides lower than which in non-aneurysm sides(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the non-aneurysm side and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion CTA can clearly show the variation types of cerebral artery.CTA has a unique advantage in showing the variation of cerebral artery, especially the circle of Willis.Among them, one side of A1 dysplasia or deficiency is easy to combine with FTP.The occurrence of posterior communicating artery aneurysms were associated with smaller Apcom. There was no correlation between the occurrence of FTP and the formation of the aneurysm of posterior communicating artery.
