| Objective to observe the short-term clinical effect of zero-p anterior cervical intervertebral fusion internal fixation system in the treatment of single-segment cervical spondylosis. Methods from September 2016 to June 2018,32 patients underwent anterior cervical decompression, bone grafting, fusion and internal fixation in the department of spine surgery of the second people’s hospital of nanning city were collected. The preoperative and postoperative cervical Cobb Angle, intervertebral height of fusion segment,VAS score,JOA score and the incidence of postoperative dysphagia were recorded respectively to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results the cervical Cobb Angle measured at each postoperative period was significantly improved compared with that before surgery,P<0.05,which was statistically significant, but the cervical Cobb Angle measured 1 week after surgery and 1 month after surgery was not statistically significant compared with the cervical Cobb Angle measured 2 days after surgery,P>0.17.The intervertebral height of fusion segments measured at each postoperative period was significantly higher than that before surgery,P<0.05,which was statistically significant. However, the height of fusion cervical space measured 1 week after surgery and 1 month after surgery was not statistically significant,P>0.21,which was measured 2 days after surgery.VAS score at each postoperative period was significantly better than that before surgery(P<0.05,statistically significant),while VAS score at 1 month after surgery was significantly better than that at 1 week after surgery(P<0.05,statistically significant).Rate of dysphagia 1 week and 1 month after surgery.According to BAZAZ scores,6 patients had dysphagia 1 week after surgery(18.75%),4 had mild dysphagia,2 had moderate dysphagia, and 2 had dysphagia 1 month after surgery(6.25%).All dysphagia disappeared 3 months after surgery.According to JOA assessment, patients with preoperative and postoperative 1 week and 1 month after surgery standard score,10.48(1.69 mm),preoperative postoperative 1 week 12.35(±1.82),postoperative 1 month is 14.35(± 2.08),postoperative 1 week and 1 month after preoperative compare the P < 0.05,there is statistical significance, and postoperative 1 month compared with postoperative 1 week(P > 0.11,no significant statistical significance. Conclusion in the treatment of single-segment cervical spondylosis,zero-p intervertebral fusion system has the advantages of simple operation, effective recovery of cervical physiological curvature, good stability, low incidence of postoperative dysphagia and low price, and is worthy of extensive use in suitable cases. |
