| Objective:The purpose of this study was to use the instructor to make Qingyitongchang Decoction and enema to treat acute pancreatitis with phlegm-heating type.Based on the combination of conventional treatment,the clinical efficacy and safety of the pancreatic broth can be evaluated.The clinical effect of treating acute pancreatitis provides a scientific theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods:From July 2017 to January 2019,the patients in the inpatient department of the spleen and stomach department of the Garden Hill Hospital of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were included in the mild,moderate and severe acute pancreatitis in accordance with the inclusion criteria,and the patients with syndrome differentiation were sputum hot type.Sixty-two patients were randomly divided into treatment group(Qingyi Tongchang Decoction group)and control group(conventional treatment group)according to the order of hospitalization.Each group had 31 cases.During the observation period,one patient in each group fell off and failed to complete.Observation,so only30 patients in the final two groups completed this clinical observation.The patients in the control group were treated with fasting,gastrointestinal decompression,acid suppression,anti-infection,fluid replacement,antispasmodic analgesia,nutritional support,etc.The treatment group was given the Qingyi Tongchang Decoction retention enema on the basis of the conventional treatment of the control group.The frequency is 2times a day.Results:There were no significant differences in age,gender,severity of illness,and TCM symptom scores between the two groups before treatment.After treatment during hospitalization,the comprehensive efficacy evaluation of the two groups showed:1.After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.7%.After statistical analysis,there was a significant difference in the curative effect between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in therapeutic efficacy;2.After treatment,the total scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were lower than before treatment,but the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating the improvement of TCM symptoms in the treatment group.Better than the control group;3.After treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in the treatment of "abdominal pain","blood distension","halitosis" and "dry stool".The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the "chest congestion" The effect of vomiting and "hot flashes in the sun" was similar between the treatment group and the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.After treatment,the treatment group decreased the levels of white blood cell count,CRP,serum amylase and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group had excellent effects in restoring inflammation index and amylase index.In the control group;the treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement of the severity index of Balthazar CT,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);5.After treatment,the average exhaust time and average hospitalization time of the treatment group were shorter than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than Control group in shortening the patient’s hospitalization time and shortening the patient’s first exhaust time.6.During the course of treatment,no significant adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion:Qingyi Tongchang Decoction retention enema can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,promote the recovery of inflammation index and amylase index,shorten the first exhaust time and hospitalization days,and the medication is safe.It is worthy of being applied to the clinic and benefiting more patients. |
