| PurposeTo study the effects of predictive nursing on negative emotions in patients with micro-pump cardiology,to understand the effects of predictive nursing on patients’ depression and anxiety, for the use of micro-pump cardiovascular patients Clinical care provides scientific guidance.Method1.Inpatients with cardiovascular disease who met the criteria for inclusion in the study from October 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled.122 cases of cardiovascular patients with micropump were selected and numbered according to the number of hospitalization,1-61 as the control group,62-122 as the experimental group,The subjects in the control group took routine nursing measures, and the subjects in the intervention group took predictive nursing measures.2.Use the questionnaire survey method,The data of the two groups were recorded separately, and the informed consent was signed. The two groups of patients completed the positive negative emotion scale and the Hamilton Depression Scale and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale before and after the micro pump treatment. The satisfaction questionnaire was filled out at the time of discharge.3.Use SPSS22.0 statistical software analysis of the survey results, statistical methods are mainly used: The measurement data were use mean and standard deviation, and the count data were use frequency and percentage.Quantitative data consistent with normal distribution were analyzed by two-sample t-test,count data were analyzed by chi-square test, rank sum test for ranked data.Result1.This study was selected from 122 patients who in the cardiology department from June 2017 to March 2018 in accordance with the inclusion criteria of this study. The intervention group failed to complete 4 questionnaires effectively, while the control group failed to complete 6 questionnaires effectively.,a total of 112 patients were included in the final study.Among them,55 were in the intervention group and57 in the control group. There was no significant difference in general data between the two groups using micro-pump patients(P>0.05).2.The positive emotions and negative emotions of the control group and the intervention group were compared before the intervene. The positive emotions score of the control group and the intervention group were(25.23±9.99)、(24.81±9.29).The negative emotions score of the control group and the intervention group were(24.98±9.66)、(24.69±9.60).There was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The positive emotions and negative emotions of the control group and the intervention group were compared after the experiment. The positive emotions score of the control group and intervention group were(25.37±9.29)、(29.45±9.63).The negative emotions score of the control group and intervention group were(23.47±7.73)、(20.02±6.83),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Afte intervention, the anxiety score of the patients in the control group was(15.09±6.86),and that of the patients in the predictive nursing group was(11.98±7.48),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After intervention, the depression score of the patients in the control group was(13.68±7.17),and that of the patients in the predictive nursing group was(10.89±6.54),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Satisfaction survey was conducted. The results were as follows: the total satisfaction of the control group was 85.96%,the overall satisfaction of theintervention group was 94.55%,and the P value was 0.00,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion1.Predictive care can alleviate negative emotions such as anxiety and depression in patients with micro pumping cardiology;2.For patients using micro pumping cardiology, predictive care can better improve patients’ negative emotions, which can better improve patients’ satisfaction with nursing. |
