Purpose:To explore the risk factors of football injury and to develop a method and reference standard for the injury risk screening of young football players based on the current situation of injury occurrence and sports risk screening theory of 14-17 years old young football players in China.Methods:?1?Using injury questionnaire survey and functional movement screening test,182 football players were empirically studied to explore the main risk factors leading to injury of juvenile football players, and to provide basis for establishing injury risk screening indicators and evaluation methods.?2?Guided by the theory of risk assessment of sports injury, combined with the results of expert interviews, the indicators were preliminarily designed to form screening indicators and methods.?3?Selecting 206 subjects, this paper used the preliminary screening method for standardized laboratory tests, and carried out nine-month damage tracking, grouping the subjects according to the results of the tracking, testing the reliability and validity of the indicators for different groups of test scores.?4?The Final determination should be established by Fisher discriminant function,ROC subject working characteristic curve and other methods to work out"critical value"of each index score.Results:?1?The lower limbs and waist of juvenile football players are the most vulnerable parts, and the most common parts of lower limbs injury are ankle joint, knee joint and thigh;the main risk factors of injury are physical fitness, movement pattern and injury history.?2?This study screened out the FMS test indicators closely related to the risk of football injury:squatting, rotational stability, trunk stability, straight bow and arrow stride, hurdle stride.?3?The indicators of supplementary design in this study are:gluteus maximus muscle strength, single leg squatting, single foot forward extension, side bridge support, flexor endurance and back extensor endurance.?4?Validity of the indicators:squat, hurdle step, straight bow and arrow step, single leg squat, trunk stability, rotation stability, gluteus maximus muscle strength, single foot forward extension, side bridge support, back extensor endurance were 10 indicators, there were significant differences between groups?P<0.05?;while there were no significant differences in the active straight knee leg lift and flexor endurance indicators between groups?P<0.05?.The retest reliability and assessor reliability of the indicators are:r>0.8,which indicates that the indicators selected in this study have high reliability.?5?Reference criteria for screening indicators:the total score is less than 15,suggesting injury risk;the difference between the two sides of one foot forward movement>4 cm,the minimum value of side bridge support<72 seconds, suggesting the risk of lower limb injury;the minimum value of side bridge support<80 seconds, the endurance time of back extensor<192 seconds, suggesting the risk of lumbar injury.Discriminant function method:Non-injury:Y=-59.383+7.092X1+13.284X2+10.268X3+5.364X4+16.784X5;Injury Y=-44.121+5.651X1+11.757X2+8.875X3+3.851X4+15.273X5.?X1 stands for squat,X2 for straight bow and arrow,X3 for single leg squat,X4 for trunk stability,X5for rotation stability?Conclusions:?1?The effective indexes of injury risk screening methods for juvenile football players are squatting, hurdling, straight bow and arrow, single leg squatting, trunk stability, rotation stability, gluteus maximus muscle strength, single foot forward extension, side bridge support and back extensor endurance.?2?This method can discover the physical limitations, imbalance and stability of juvenile football players. It is scientific in screening the risk factors of injury.
