Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Functional Constipation Due To Qi Deficiency By Adding And Decreasing Bu Zhong Yi Qi Decoction Combined With Moxibustion

Objective: to study the clinical efficacy of Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with moxibustion in the treatment of functional constipation of Qi deficiency type,and to compare it with pure Buzhong Yiqi decoction and pure Buzhong Yiqi decoction,and compare it with that of pure Buzhong Yiqi decoction in treating functional constipation of Qi deficiency type.To compare the difference between the two methods in the improvement of clinical symptoms,total curative effect and short-term recurrence,and to provide a new idea for the treatment of functional constipation of Qi-deficiency type.Methods: from Dec 2017 to Dec 2018,60 patients in the Department of Gastroenterology or in-patient Department of Enshi nationality Hospital were selected.All patients were diagnosed as functional constipation and TCM syndrome differentiation type was Qi deficiency type.The patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi decoction,200ml/ times,3 times a day.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated with moxibustion(oral traditional Chinese medicine 200ml/ times,3 times a day,combined with moxibustion and moxibustion once a day)for 2 weeks.The main symptoms and secondary symptoms of constipation were carried out before and after treatment between the two groups.The total symptom score,the improvement of clinical symptoms,the clinical curative effect and the recurrence after 1 month of follow-up treatment were compared between the two groups.Results: 1.General data: before treatment,there was no significant difference in sex,age and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups in sex,age and course(P>0.05).2.The improvement of clinical symptoms: there was no significant difference in the main symptoms,secondary symptoms and total symptom scores between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P > 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).Before and after treatment,the scores of main symptoms,secondary symptoms and main symptoms in the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.01).The results showed that both groups could improve the main symptoms,secondary symptoms and total symptoms,and the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the main symptoms,secondary symptoms and total symptoms.3.The total effective rate was 96.67% in the experimental group and 86.67% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.4.The recurrence rate was 10% in the treatment group and 34% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The short-term recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion: Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with moxibustion can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with functional constipation of qi deficiency type,which is more obvious than that of Buzhong Yiqi decoction alone.In terms of total effective rate,the curative effect is remarkable.And can effectively reduce the short-term recurrence rate of the disease;At the same time,moxibustion can play an important role in improving the clinical symptoms of functional constipation with qi deficiency and reducing the short-term recurrence rate of the disease.Its safety is evaluated well and is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
