ObjectiveTo observe the analgesic effect of butorphanol tartrate combined with ropivacaine on laparoscopic cholecystectomy.MethodSixty patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from June 2018 to November 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group?group A?and control group?group B?.The patients in both groups were treated with Intravenous-inhalation combined anesthesia. After general anesthesia induction and tracheal intubation were completed, group A was given 0.33%ropivacaine plus buprenorphine 2mg total 52ml,and group B was treated with 0.33%ropivacaine plus normal saline 52ml.Ultrasound-guided bilateral transversal abdominis planes?TAPB?were performed with 16ml of the injecton in each side and Ultrasound-guided bilateral rectus sheath block?RSB?were performed 10ml of the injecton in each side, and the operation time was 1.5-2hours.MAP,HR,BIS,SpO2 were observed when the of the two groups of patients entering the room?T0?,cutting the skin immediately?T1?,starting the CO2 pneumoperitoneum?T2?,closing the CO2 pneumoperitoneum?T3?,Completing the operation?T4?,and exiting the postanesthesia care unit?T5?.The score of visual analogue scale?VAS?during rest and movement and Ramsay sedation score were recorded at2h,6h,12h,and 24h after operation. The adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting, dizziness and lethargy, and the patient satisfaction after 24h score were recorded.ResultGroup A compared with group B,there was no statistical significant difference of MAP,HR,BIS and SpO2 from T0 to T5?P>0.05?.The resting VAS score was no statistical significant difference between group A and group B at 2 hours after operation?P>0.05?.The resting static VAS scores of group A were significantly lower than those of group B at 6h,12h and 24h after operation?P<0.05?.The motor status VAS scores of group A were significantly lower than those of group B at 2h,6h,12h and24h after operation?P<0.05?.There was no statistical significant difference in the Ramsay sedation score?P>0.05?.The rate of adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting, dizziness and drowsiness were no statistical significant difference between group A and group B?P>0.05?.The satisfaction of patients in group A was significantly higher than that in group B?P<0.05?.ConclusionButorphanol tartrate combined with ropivacaine can reduce the VAS score after laparoscopic cholecystectomy, prolong the nerve block time of local anesthetic, enhance the postoperative analgesic effect, not increase the adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting, and improve the patient's analgesia satisfaction.
