| OBJECTIVE:To investigate the diagnostic efficacy of two-parameter MRI(T2WI+DWI)and multi-parameter MRI(T2WI+DWI+DCE)to better serve the clinical analysis;to analyze the ADC map in determining the degree of invasion of prostate cancer.Diagnostic value.METHODS:Patients undergoing prostate MRI were divided into two groups accordingtotheirdifferentsequences:two-parametergroupand multi-parameter group. The diagnosis was made by visual observation of lesion information, and the pathology of prostate was used as the basis. The sensitivity and specificity of the two groups were judged.Patients with prostate MRI and prostate biopsy confirmed as prostate cancer were divided into two groups:middle-high-risk group and low-risk group.By observing the ADC map,the two groups were diagnosed with prostate cancer. The detection rate has no correlation with GS;according to the current prostate MRI diagnosis of prostate cancer, the method is evaluated by experienced physicians, and the location, extent and signal intensity of the lesion are evaluated. The result is a cancerous lesion.Non-cancerous lesions, this result is compared with the pathological results of prostate biopsy.Data were processed using SPSS 19.0statistical software. The sensitivity and specificity of prostate cancer in each group were further analyzed by the 2 test of four-table data.P<0.05indicates that the difference was statistically significant.RESULTS:The sensitivity and specificity of the two-parameter group for diagnosis of prostate cancer were 85.06%and 75.00%,respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of the multi-parameter group for prostate cancer were 91.23%and 71.06%,respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of the two groups were diagnosed. The p-values were 0.274 and 0.166,respectively.There was no statistical difference. The detection rate of prostate cancer in the low-risk group was 11.11%,and the detection rate of prostate cancer in the high-risk group was 85.59%.The P value was less than 0.01.difference.Conclusion:Two-parameter MRI is more suitable for clinical examination.Compared with low-risk group prostate cancer,ADC map is more likely to detect high-risk group prostate cancer. |
