With the introduction of the "Healthy China 2030" planning outline,the protection of national health has risen to a national strategy.People’s health awareness is constantly improving,health needs are becoming more and more urgent,and the content and form of demand are increasingly developing towards diversification.Currently,the professional health website and the health column of the portal are the main sources of user access to health information.For health information about specific diseases,online health community is more popular with users because of interactive function.Although the information supply of the online health community can meet the information needs of users to a certain extent,as the volume of health information increases,the difficulty for users to find their demand information increases step by step.There is no balance between demand and supply.Therefore,an adaptive recommendation mechanism is needed to satisfy the user’s demand tendency and the receiving mode tendency.On the one hand,it can realize the rapid response to the explicit requirement of the user and mine the invisible requirements dynamically.On the other hand,implement personalized recommendations centered on user needs scenarios so that the online health community can continue to evolve in a more adaptive and interactive manner.Throughout the domestic and international online health community and the research on the contextual recommendation,although the relevant research in the online health community has a certain scale,there is still a lack of recommendation service optimization.Therefore,this thesis synthesizes relevant scholars’ research on online health community,and combines user profiles theory,scene theory and concept lattice theory to build a user profiles with multi-dimensional feature tag and a scene recommendation model with online healthy community as the research subject.The full text is analyzed and discussed from the following six chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,as well as the research framework and innovation of this paper.The second chapter explains the theoretical basis of this paper.Specifically,it includes user profiles theory,scene theory,and concept lattice theory.Through the specific interpretation of the theoretical basis to provide support for the next specific research.The third chapter constructs a multidimensional feature tag system by analyzing the category features and hierarchical features of the user’s multidimensional feature tags.According to the multi-dimensional feature tag system constructed,the conceptual model is divided into four dimensions,and then the attributes of online healthy community users are explored from four dimensions: user requirements,user behavior,user capabilities and user scenarios,and a conceptual model of user profiles is constructed.Then,the implementation method of multi-dimensional feature tag group user profiles is discussed.The overall process of user profiles construction based on concept lattice is described from the data layer,model development layer,model implementation layer and data feedback correction layer.The fourth chapter focuses on the construction method and process of the online health community scenario recommendation model.Firstly,the connotation and recommendation mechanism of the scenario recommendation are deeply analyzed.The hierarchical structure of the scenario recommendation is divided into six layers,from the bottom layer to the top layer,namely the user layer,the physical layer,the situation basic layer,the scene abstraction layer,the application layer and the service layer;Then analyze the resources of online healthy communities from three perspectives: information resources,user resources and community resources.Finally,the online health community scene recognition model and the resource recommendation model are combined to realize the construction of the online healthy community scene recommendation model.The fifth chapter takes "medical enjoyment network" as an example for empirical research.Firstly,the resource status of each dimension of network is analyzed,then the method and technology of the concept lattice are used to construct the group user profiles,and identifying the needs of the user community through association rules mining,and analyze the relationship between scenes,behaviors,and requirements,and finally summarize the "medical enjoyment network" scene recommendation model.The sixth chapter summarizes and forecasts the full text,sorts out the research conclusions of this paper and the shortcomings in the research,and looks forward to the related research.Through the research on the online health community scenario recommendation model,on the one hand,deepen the application of scene theory and user profiles theory in the online healthy community;on the other hand,reduce the time cost of the public from searching to using health information,and improve user interaction experience,provide a reference for the innovative development of China’s Internet health services.
