Background:In recent years, with the development of new information technology such as Internet of Things and big data, the technology and function of electronic medical record system have been further improved and developed, which has further deepened the use of electronic medical record system in hospitals at all levels in China. The use of electronic medical record system changes the traditional mode of doctor's diagnosis and treatment deeply affects the behavior and way of doctor's diagnosis and treatment process, and improves the efficiency and quality of doctor's diagnosis and treatment work.Based on this, the theme of this paper is "Research on the impact of the use of electronic medical record system on doctors'work requirements:from the perspective of doctor's diagnosis and treatment work process".Then the internal mechanism of the impact of the use of electronic medical record system on doctors' work requirements is deeply explored, which provides scientific suggestions for further deepening the use of electronic medical record system in hospitals and reducing doctors'work requirements. The key points of this paper are as follows:Objective:This study is based on the background of the continuous promotion and use of electronic medical record system in hospitals at all levels in China.Based on the theory of technolbgy model and job characteristics change model,it explores the intrinsic mechanism of the influence of the use of electronic medical record system on doctors' work requirements, with a view to opening up a new theoretical perspective of domestic research work requirements and seeking from the perspective of the main doctors, hospitals and patients who use the electronic medical record system. Methods To promote the further application and popularization of electronic medical record system in our country, and to reduce the pressure of doctors' learning to use electronic medical record system and the problems of higher work requirements. Methods:A total of 400 electronic medical record system questionnaires were distributed to doctors in 6 third-class public hospitals,8 second-class public hospitals and 22 first-class public hospitals in Nanjing.Five questionna:ires were excluded and 395 valid questionnaires were obtained. The validity rate of the questionnaires was 98.75%.SPSS software was used to analyze the descrptive statistical analysis and reliability and validity analysis of the questionnaire data. Then, after LISRE8.70 pretreatment, the data were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis, and then the hypothesis was tested. Results:The data collected from the use of electronic medical record system were analyzed by structural equation model, and then the proposed model was tested. The results showed that the research hypothesis was not validated except Hypothesis 4 and hypothesis 14 that the path coefficient T value was less than 1.96.All the research hypothesis was supported that the other path coefficient T value was greater than 1.96.In addition to the goodness of fit index(GFI)=0.89<0.9,other model fitting indicators are in line with the standard, and the fitting effect of the model is also good. Conclusion:The results of empirical research confirm that:(1)the more useful and easier doctors perceive the electronic medical record system in the actual diagnosis and treatment process, the lower the complexity of their perception of the diagnosis and treatment process;(2)the more useful doctors perceive the electronic medical record system in the actual diagnosis and treatment process, the lower the rigidity of their perception of the diagnosis and treatment process;(3)Doctors perceive the electrical record system in the actual diagnosis and treatment process. The more useful and easy the Sub-Medical record system is,the less radical the perception process is;(4)The more complex the doctor perceives the process of diagnosis and treatment in the actual process of diagnosis and treatment, the higher the degree of perception role ambiguity, work overload and work-family conflict;(4)The more rigid the doctor perceives the process of diagnosis and treatment in the actual process of diagnos:is and treatment the more ambiguous his perception role and work-family conflict are.The higher the degree of overload and conflict between work and family;(5)The more radical doctors perceive the process of diagnosis and treatment in the actual process of diagnosis and treatment, the more ambiguous their perceived roles and the higher the degree of conflict between work and family. However, two hypotheses have not been verified:(1)the easier doctors perceive the use of electronic medical record system in the actual process of diagnosis and treatment, the less rigid they perceive the process of diagnosis and treatment;(2)the more radical doctors perceive the process of diagnosis and treatment in the actual process of diagnosis and treatment, the higher the degree of over load of their perceived work.Innovation:Based on the perspective of doctor's diagnosis and treatment process, this study explores and analyses the internal mechanism of the impact of the use of electronic medical record system on doctor's work requirements, deeply studies the antecedent variables that affect the change of work requirements, provides a new perspective of domestic research requirements theory, enriches and develops the domestic work requirements theory.
