Systematic Review Of Bushen Huoxue Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Celecoxib In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Purpose:To systematically evaluate the efficacy of Bushen Huoxue traditional Chinese medicine combined with celecoxib in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and provide evidence-based medical evidence for the clinical use of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:The search includes CNKI,CBMdisc,Wan Fang Data,VIP,Medline via PubMed,Excerpta Medica Database and Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials,The search dates are from the establishment of the library to December 2018.Collecting randomized controlled trials and quasi-randomized control trial of Bushen Huoxue traditional Chinese medicine combined with celecoxib and celecoxib alone in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,quality of the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria Evaluation,data analysis of extracted outcome indicators was performed using RevMan5.3 software provided by the Cochrane Collaboration.Results:Finally,14 articles were included,involving 1351 patients with knee osteoarthritis,and the methodological quality of the study was generally low.According to meta-analysis and single outcome analysis,the results showed that the total effective rate of knee osteoarthritis,pain relief,improvement of WOMAC and Lysholm score,and reduction of interleukin-,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-a,and matrix metalloproteinase-3 as well as the safety,the combination of Bushen Huoxue traditional Chinese medicine and celecoxib was better than celecoxib alone.However,in reducing the Lequesne MG score,Bushen Huoxue traditional Chinese medicine combined with celecoxib was equivalent to the treatment with celecoxib alone.Conclusion:According to the results of this study,it is suggested that Bushen H uoxue traditional Chinese medicine combined with celecoxib in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is more advantageous in terms of efficacy and safety than celecoxib alone.Compared with conventional celecoxib treatment,combined with Bushen Huoxue traditional Chinese medicine can better relieve joint pain,improve joint function,and play an important role in reducing physical and chemical indicators such as inflammatory factors.In future clinical research,we should increase the description of random methods,randomized allocation of hidden programs and blinded implementation,and continuously improve the quality of research,in order to obtain more realistic and reliable research evidence,so as to fully confirm the efficacy and safety of Bushen Huoxue traditional Chinese medicine combined with celecoxib in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
