| Objective To understand the current state of emergency in He Fei high-tech zone, explore the rules of emergency procedure, and provide scientific basis for improving emergency response capacity and optimizing emergency medical resources. Methods From September 2017 to August 2018,a self-made questionnaire was used to survey emergency patients in the high-tech zone of the first affiliated hospital of An Hui medical university.Statistical analysis of the data was performed using SPSS 22.0,and the composition ratio was used to describe the general demographic characteristics of emergency patients, their life behavior in the last month, previous history, the emphasis on health, the reason for admission and diagnosis, the distribution of emergency diseases in different seasons and the population characteristics of different emergency diseases.One-way ANOVA,Kruskal-Wallis test and independent sample t test were used for the comparison of pre-hospital time and rescue response time in different time periods, different types of emergency cases, and different places of residence.P< 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results Among 1905 first aid patients,male(59.1%),junior high school and below culture(70.9%),middle-aged and elderly(68.2%)and low-income(70.6%)were the main groups.Seasonal distribution was mainly concentrated in winter and spring(70.2%).The peak time of first aid was 14-16 hours(12.4%).40.1% had a history of smoking,67.3% had a history of smoking for more than 20 years,40.3% had a history of drinking,60.8% had a history of drinking for more than 20 years, and only 5.9% had physical activity for no less than 10 minutes every day.The proportion of emergency patients with past history was 61.8%.Among them,hypertension(42.3%),heart disease(14.9%)and operation history(10.0%)accounted for the largest proportion,40.2% did not know about their own diseases,51.2% did not undergo routine physical examination, and the main way of physical examination was self-contact(54.5%).Accidental injuries(38.0%),cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents(24.9%)and digestive system emergencies(15.9%)were the main diagnostic methods.Severe trauma is the most common emergency throughout the year. The first aid process showed that the onset time was mainly in daytime, and the average time before hospital was the longest(256 minutes)for digestive system emergencies and the shortest(115 minutes)for accidental injuries. There was significant difference between the two groups(t,= 4.898,P < 0.001).There was no significant difference in average time of pre-hospital and rescue response between other emergencies(P > 0.05).Different from other systems, the occupational composition ratio of workers in accidents is the largest. Conclusions The first aid emergency in hefei high-tech zone is mainly accidental injury(especially severe trauma),cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accident and digestive system diseases. The number of patients varies seasonally, and the pre-hospital time is relatively long,so the social and medical resources allocation of these three types of acute diseases should be strengthened. |
