| Background and objective Cardiac rehabilitation refers to the improvement of the body and heart functions of patients with cardiovascular diseases through multiple interventions to return them to normal life. For people suffering from heart diseases(various heart diseases including ischemic heart disease, heart failure and cardiac surgery),certain benefits can be obtained through cardiac rehabilitation.,At present, the domestic heart rehabilitation work is still in the early stages.the research object is mainly aimed at patients with coronary heart disease after PCI and angina pectoris, the exercise intensity is mostly moderate exercise intensity for exercise rehabilitation. However, for some elderly patients with coronary heart disease,it may not be suitable for or can not tolerate moderate exercise intensity, whether reducing exerciseintensity can benefit remains to be studied. The purpose of this study is to carry out clinical trials,to explore the therapeutic effects of different exercise intensities in exercise rehabilitation,to Expand thinking for cardiac rehabilitation and prevention, and to provide references for clinical management of coronary heart disease.Method From September 2016 to March 2018,104 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were randomly grouped into 35 cases with low exercise intensity,34 cases with moderate exercise intensity,and35 cases with control group. The control group only performed routine drugprogrammes and did not use exercise. The exercise group needed drug programmes combined with lower or moderate intensity exercise. All patients received 6 months of treatment. After treatment, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were measured by echocardiography and serological examination(total cholesterol, triacylglycerol, low density lipoprotein)was performed..Result A total of 104 patients were included,5 were lost, and 99 were actually included.aged60-85 years, average age(76.36±7.47 years);Among them,62 were males and 37 females. There were both improved in left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction in the three group after the test, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).However,compared with the control group, the low intensity exercise group had no significant change in every index.the difference has no statistically significant(P > 0.05),while the changes in the index of the middle exercise intensity group were more obvious than those of the control group and the low-intensity exercise group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Before and after the test, the blood lipid indexes(triacylglycerol, total cholesteroland low density lipoprotein)of the three groups of patients were improved, and the improvement of blood lipid indexes in the exercise group was more significant, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the low intensity exercise group, the moderate intensity exercise group had significant improvement(P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion1.Combined exercise rehabilitation treatment can further improve the blood lipid situation of elderly patients with coronary heart disease;2.The improvement of cardiac function in elderly patients with coronary heart disease wasn’t obvious by combined low intensity exercise rehabilitation therapy.3.Combination of moderate intensity exercise rehabilitation therapy can further improve cardiac function in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. |
