Objective To comparative analysis the short-term clinical efficacy between laparoscopic-assisted radical gastrectomy and open radical gastrectomy, and to further explore the safety, feasibility and radical effect of laparoscopic-assisted radical gastrectomy. Methods Select our hospital from July 2016 to August 2018 patients diagnosed with stomach cancer treated by endoscopic examination as the research object,a total of 72 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group 36 cases, control group adopts open, gastric cancer radical group by gastric cancer radical prostatectomy, laparoscopic aided detailed observation and record each evaluation index, intraoperative and postoperative recovery in patients with postoperative stress factor, postoperative complications related to the experiment data, processing data with statistical method, analysis and conclusion. Results Intraoperatively, the operative time [(252.00± 11.23)min] of patients in the laparoscopic-assisted radical gastrectomy group was longer than that in the open group [(183.11±17.17)min],and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).In terms of the number of lymph node dissection, the average number of laparoscopic-assisted radical gastrectomy was(23.78±8.05),and the number of laparoscopic-assisted radical gastrectomy was(24.72±6.33).The difference was not statistically significant(p<0.05),which could achieve the same radical effect as open surgery. In terms of postoperative recovery, patients in the laparoscopic-assisted radical gastrectomy group had shorter postoperative eating time, ventilation time and hospitalization time than those in the open group, with statistically significant difference(p<0.05).Postoperative stress factor detection showed that CRP and il-6 in the laparoscopic-assisted group increased disproportionately at 24 h and 72 h after surgery, but the increase was less than that in the open group, with statistical difference(p<0.05).In terms of postoperative complications, the total incidence of postoperative complications in laparoscopic-assisted radical gastrectomy group and open radical gastrectomy group was 11.11%and30.56%,respectively,with statistically significant difference(p<0.05).Conclusion Compared with open radical gastrectomy,laparoscope-assisted radical gastrectomy can achieve the same radical effect, and the advantages of less surgical trauma, rapid postoperative recovery and low incidence of postoperative complications indicate that laparoscope-assisted radical gastrectomy is safe and feasible. However, the operation time is obviously prolonged,so it is still necessary to continuously strengthen the proficiency of laparoscopic surgeons.
