| ObjectiveTo understand the status quo of chronic diseases and psycho-social stress among immigrants in danjiangkou reservoir area,analyze the related factors affecting chronic diseases and psycho-social stress among immigrants,and discuss the correlation between different dimensions of chronic diseases and psycho-social stress among immigrants in danjiangkou reservoir area and their total scores.To provide reference and Suggestions for improving the physical and mental health of immigrants.MethodsThis research adopts the cross-sectional study method,application of general data and questionnaire,group health with psychosocial stress questionnaire(PSSG),by multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method to select relocated in yunxian county,danjiangkou city,shiyan danjiangkou reservoir area in hubei province XiangZhou district,yicheng city and huangpi district questionnaire survey to 1068 migrants.Descriptive and inferential statistics were conducted on the data byc~2 test,t test,anova,multivariate unconditioned Logistic regression analysis,and Spearman correlation analysis.Results1、A total of 1068 questionnaires were issued and 983 valid ones were recovered.The prevalence of chronic diseases among immigrants in this survey was 60.9%,among which gastritis,lumbar and leg pain,hypertension,heart disease and bronchitis were the five chronic diseases in the top five.The top five chronic diseases for male immigrants were lumbar and leg pain,gastritis,heart disease,hypertension and tracheitis.The top five chronic diseases for female immigrants were gastritis,low back pain,high blood pressure,heart disease and diabetes.2、Danjiangkou reservoir immigrants’life event score was(2.75±1.94),positive emotion score was(0.77±1.16),positive coping style score was(2.51±2.25),negative emotion score was(1.75±1.94),negative coping style score was(1.61±1.85),and total stress score was(30.511±5.15).3、Multivariate unconditioned Logistic regression analysis showed that the factors influencing the chronic diseases of immigrants in danjiangkou reservoir area were:gender,age,family income satisfaction,two-week illness status,hospitalization status in the past year and economic status(P<0.05).4、Multivariate unconditioned Logistic regression analysis showed that the factors influencing the total stress score of immigrants in danjiangkou reservoir area included:chronic disease status,family history of disease,two-week disease status,economic status,family income satisfaction,living standard and custom adaptation(P<0.05).5、Chronic diseases were positively correlated with life events,negative emotions,negative coping style,and total PSSG score(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with positive emotions and positive coping style(P<0.05).Conclusions1、Immigrants had higher prevalence of chronic diseases and poorer health.Immigrants face more negative stressors after relocation,their psychological status is worse than before relocation,and their psychological pressure is greater.2、Gender,age,family income satisfaction,two-week illness status,hospitalization status in the past year and economic status are the main factors affecting chronic diseases of immigrants in danjiangkou reservoir area;Chronic disease status,family history of disease,two-week disease status,economic status,family income satisfaction,living standard and custom adaptation are the main factors affecting the total stress score of immigrants in danjiangkou reservoir area.3、There is an important relationship between immigrants’chronic conditions and psychosocial stress. |
