Clinical Study On Wenshen Jianpi Jiedu Tongluo Daoxie Therapy In Treating Diabetes Nephropathy(Pishenyangshuai Stasistoxic Syndrome)

Objective: Taking the method of warming kidney and invigorating spleen,detoxifying and dredging collaterals and inducing pathogenic factors,which was founded by Professor Nanzheng,as the treatment guide,Xiaoke Shenshuai'an Decoction and enema recipe were used to treat Xiaoke Shenshuai(spleen and kidney yang failure combined with stasis and toxin syndrome).The clinical symptoms,evaluation index and curative effect of the patients before and after treatment were analyzed.To put forward innovative,reliable and effective clinical ideas and methods for the treatment of diabetic renal failure with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: From December 2017 to January 2019,60 patients with diabetic renal failure(spleen and kidney yang failure combined with blood stasis and toxin syndrome)were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30cases).In basic treatment,both groups were given reasonable and strict dietary control,in addition to basic hypoglycemic,hypotensive and lipid-lowering symptomatic treatment.In drug treatment,the treatment group was treated with Xiaoke Shenshuai'an Decoction and enema for external use,while the control group was treated with Niuduqing Granule(sugar-free type).The two groups were treated for 4 weeks as a course of treatment,three consecutive courses of treatment.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33% under the guidance of warming the kidney and strengthening the spleen,detoxifying,dredging collaterals and inducing pathogenic factors,and that of the control group was 55.67%.Statistical calculation showed that there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing urinary protein,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,improving renal function and clinical symptoms.Conclusion: Warming the kidney and invigorating the spleen,detoxifying and dredging collaterals and inducing pathogenic factors are effective in the treatment of diabetic renal failure(spleen and kidney yang failure combined with stasis and toxinsyndrome),which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and evaluation indicators of patients,without obvious adverse reactions and side effects.It provides a reliable and effective way of thinking and method for the treatment of diabetic renal failure(spleen and kidney yang failure combined with stasis and toxin syndrome),which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
