Objective:to explore the correlation between mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet count(PLT),platelet distribution width(PDW),platelet volume(PCT),large platelet ratio(p-lcr)and the degree of middle cerebral artery stenosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction and the severity of the disease in patients with this type.Methods:154 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were hospitalized in the department of neurology of Northern Jiangsu People's Hospital hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were selected.Patients with acute cerebral infarction lesions were confirmed by cranial MRI or cranial CT,and their age, gender, hypertension and diabetes were recorded. After admission, all patients underwent cephalic CTA examination, and according to the results of cephalic CTA examination, the patients were divided into mild stenosis group(12 cases),moderate stenosis group(10 cases),severe stenosis group(54 cases),and occlusion group(78 cases). The MPV,PLT,PDW,PCT and p-LCR of peripheral venous blood were detected by automatic blood cell analyzer, and then compared and analyzed.Triglycerides, total cholesterol, lipoprotein and homocysteine in peripheral venous blood were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer. The subjects were given NIHSS score within 24 hours after admission to assess the severity of neurological impairment, and were divided into normal group or nearly normal group, mild stroke group, moderate stroke group, moderate severe stroke group and severe stroke group according to the NIHSS score. The correlation between platelet parameters and the degree of neurological impairment in the five groups was analyzed.Results:(1)in this study, there was no statistically significant difference in age, gender, hypertension, diabetes, triglycerides, total cholesterol, lipoprotein and blood homocysteine between the groups with different degrees of middle cerebral artery stenosis(P>0.05).(2)comparison of PLT,PDW,PCT,and p-LCR in the middle cerebral artery stenosis group showed no significant difference(P>0.05).MPV is different levels in the brain artery stenosis group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),of which the occlusion group, the severe stenosis group compared with mild stenosis group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and occlusion group compared with moderate stenosis group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)and occlusion, mild stenosis group compared with severe stenosis group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),mild stenosis, moderate stenosis group, severe stenosis and occlusion group comparison, statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(3)Pearson correlation analysis showed that MPV and middle cerebral artery stenosis degree was positively related to r=0.566,P=0.00,(P<0.05),PDW and middle cerebral artery stenosis degree were positively correlated,r=0.304,P=0.03(P<0.05),P-the LCR and middle cerebral artery stenosis degree were positively correlated,r=0.346,P=0.013(P<0.05),PLT,PCT and middle cerebral artery stenosis degree no linear correlation,r-0.199,respectively,0.079,P values were 0.161 and 0.581 respectively(P>0.05).(4)for the comparison of platelet parameters in patients with different degrees of nerve defect,MPV had statistical significance P=0.027(P<0.05),while PLT,PDW,PCT and p-LCR had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:platelet parameters are closely related to the degree and severity of middle cerebral artery stenosis in patients with cerebral infarction...
